Operation and Maintenance of Sewerage System in Western side of Railway Line under MC Sonepat and all other work contingent thereto for 1 Year

-Desilting/ Cleaning of sewer line by Super sucker machine and taking out of debris/ silt, rubbish etc., from sewer line which is heavily surcharged & safe disposal of silt to the Solid waste site complete in all respect including all type of manpower used in said activities along with all type of material, Tool & Plant and Machinery which is to be used on site, standby generator set, air ventilator, provision of safety equipments, traffic control arrangement, proper barricading, lighting at night, display of sign boards, cleaning of site etc. Removal of all hindrances, obstructions, unforeseen items, complete in all respects (Rates to be quoted includes of CCTV recording). -Operation & Maintenance of Sewerage & Storm Water Drainage System of various sizes from 150 mm to 1600 mm approx. 260.44 kms length of Sewerage System & 16.15 kms length of storm water drainage system complete in all respects to the satisfaction of Engineer-In-charge as descried below: 1. Resolution of day to day complaints of Blockage/overflow of sewer line, Storm Water Drainage & disposal of all the complaints (within time limit) received in Municipal Corporation Sonepat relating to western side area of MC Sonepat in different mode i.e. Call centre, Online through Email/ Social Media/Twitter/CM Window/ CPGRAM/HARPATH etc., Registered Complaint in MC office i.e. JANTA Darbar Complaints & redressal centre. 2. Desilting of Manholes & Pressure Jetting of Connected sewer line on daily basis (Monday to Saturday). i) Manhole of depth upto 6 ft. - 20 Nos. ii) Manhole of depth from 6ft to 15 ft - 12 Nos. iii) Manhole of depth more than 15ft - 6 Nos.
