Removal of excavated material & surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 M and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down existing GI pipe of following sizes from trenches / walls / roof / floor etc including connection and cleaning for refixing or removal from site and making good to distrubed area (surface of walls / floor etc) complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting and taking down the existing unserviceable sluice valve 150 mm dia installed in position and removed from site and Supply, Fixing, testing and connecting cast iron sluice valve heavy duty double flanged, 150 mm dia PN 1.6 confirming to IS 14846: 2000 ISI marked with Stainless steel spindle and two nos of MS flange of 16mm thick, 8 holes with nuts and bolts packing materials complete including cutting the existing watermain for fixing cast iron sluice valve and jointing welding complete required at site of water supply installations/distribution system complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No. 08 above but 100 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking down the existing unserviceable non return valves of cast iron and supply installing and testing of heavy duty cast iron non return valve PN 1.6 confirming IS 5312-1 (2004) ISI marked along with two Nos of heavy duty flange 16 mm thick, 8 hole suitable for 100 mm dia with all fixing accessories such as suitable size nut and bolts of 16 Nos, packing material of leather buffalo including cutting the existing water main of 100 mm dia for fixing the non return valve, welding jointing complete as per site requirement at water supply installations/distribution system complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No 11 above but 80 mm dia as per site requirement at water supply installations complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking down the unserviceable gun metal gate valve 50 mm dia from installed position and removed from site and Supply, fixing and connecting Gun metal gate valves of size 50mm ISI marked confirmming to IS 778-1984 with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for GI pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Construction of brick masonry valve chamber (as per standard drawing) of internal size 900x900x900mm with sub class 'B' bricks in cement mortar 1:6 with 2mm thick MS sheet cover and angle iron frame made out of 40x40x6mm angle with locking arrangement duly painted with two coat of bitumen paint over a coat of red oxide primer incl necessary earth work and excavating in any type of soil, returning filling in, removal of surplus soil complete incl 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type B-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in base concrete and 50 mm thick coping PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate) over brick wall top including. two coats of snowcem rendering plastering work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair valve pit chamber top cover of size 900x900 mm made with 2mm thick MS sheet with supporting MS angle iron frame made out of 40x40x6mm and painting with two coats of bitumen paint over a coat of red oxid primer and locking arrangment complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair GI elbows/bend/unions/sockets/ tees/nipple with welding joint of 150mm water mains both ends for making leak proof between IInd lift to Stn HQ/SMT tank and any site of water supply installation all as specified and directed. Note:- The cost of fittings such as elbows/bend/unions/sockets/ tees/nipple etc shall be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor.

S&F in repair GI elbows/bend/unions/sockets/ tees/nipple with welding joint of 100mm/80mm water mains both ends for making leak proof from Zero to IInd lift and or as per site requirement of water supply installation all as specified and directed. Note:- The cost of fittings such as elbows/bend/unions/sockets/ tees/nipple etc shall be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor.

S&F angle iron work for support of water pipeline by welding at scattered location complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down non functional electric induction motor of any size and capacity from water supply installation at zero/ Ist/ IInd stage pump house which are not approachable by road and 3rd stage/ Jharapani/ 2nd lift/ 15 LGLN pump house, decoupling motor from pump and cutting, removing burnt out copper winding and re-winding with super enamelled copper wire of suitable gauge conforming to IS 13730-0-6 (2012) and reassembling/couple back complete and transporting back to its original location and making necessary allingnment and electric connection all as directed at site.. Note :- Any other spare parts, if needed to be replaced shall be measured & paid as supply only separately under respective item of Sch 'A'/ BOQ.

Taking down Centrifugal Pump of capacity 100 HP from foundation of Pump set base frame of 3rd Stage Pump House water supply installation and Shifting to 2nd stage pump house water supply installtion and including refixing on new PCC (1:2:4) type B1 platform including new MS channel frame with inlet, outlet pipe connection, bush type flexible coupling for motor and pump complete all as specified and directed. Note: The work will be carried out at 2nd Stage and 3rd stage Pump House which is not connected by road.

Taking down of Centrifugal Pump Set including electric induction motor of capacity 75 HP from foundation of Pump set base frame of Jharapani Pump House water supply installation and Shifting to 3rd stage pump house water supply installtion and including refixing on new PCC (1:2:4), type B1 platform including new MS channel frame with inlet, outlet pipe connection, bush type coupling for motor and pump, electric motor fan with fan blade of MS as per OEM recommendation complete all as specified and directed.
