Excavation in foundations trenches etc. in all kind of soil in all leads and lifts such as pick work, jumper work in saturated soil including bailing out water, blasting work in hard/soft rock or chiseling in hard/ soft rock where blasting is prohibited in all leads and lifts stacking the excavated earth not more that 3mtr.clear from the edge of excavation and then retuning the staked soil in 15cm. layers when required into plinth sides of foundation etc. in pick and jumper work including all leads & lifts as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4 :8(1cement:4 sand:8 graded stone aggregate of 40mm nominal size)and curing complete in wall excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work including all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1cement:1.5 sand : 3graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding cost of form work and re-inforcement for reinforced concrete work in all leads & lifts as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Foundations, footings, basis of columns & the like and mass concrete.

Walls (any thickness) but not less than 0.10 mtr thickness) attached pilaster attached pilasters buttresses plinth and string course and the like:

Suspended floor,roofs, bending shelves and their supports, balconies, beams, griders and continue and upto floor two level.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a rough finish including centering shuttering strutting and propping etc. height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4mtrs.and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work including in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Vertical surface such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pilasters buttresses plinth and string course and the like:

Flat surface such as sofit of suspended floor roofs, landing etc upto 200 mm in thickness and the like including attached pilasters buttresses plinth and string course and the like:

Providng ,Laying /Placing Mild steel/tor steel reinforcement for RCC. Work including binding bending and placing in position complete up to all floor level in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer - in- charge..

Tor steel

Random Rubble masonry /polygonal rubble un-coursed / brought two coat with hard stone of approved quality in foundation and plinth including leveling up cement concrete 1:6:12(1cement:6sand:12graded stone agg.20mm nominal size) in plinth level/super structure. with cm 1:4 (1cement :4sand) in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Providing & fixing MS Angle75X75X6 angle iron and MS Flat 63X6 for gratting over drain as per entire satisfaction of engineer in charge with in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer - in- charge..
