Replacement of existing LT panel with new LT Power Distribution Panels, renewal of existing bus duct and associated work at Building Dock

Supply of (tested & commissioned) new 7 way LT of 440V, 3 phase with neutral, 50Hz, AC supply cubical type panel board IP55, 14 SWG thick MS sheet. This Power/welding Panel board consists of MCCB/MCBs etc., copper TPN bus bar with heat shrinking sleeves, SMC/DMC fiber glass reinforced bus bar supports, multi-function meters, Digital volt meter, Ammeter indication lamps, HRC protection fuses (control) CT coils for measuring & protection equipment. For the following MCCBs (All MCCBs with microprocessor based thermal Magnetic Release Type) (a) Incoming 630A MCCB 4pole 50KA - 1No. (b) Copper busbar capacity of 750A 3phase and neutral (c) Outgoing 400A MCCBs 4pole - 1No. (d) Outgoing 200A MCCBs 4pole - 5Nos. (e) All out going MCCBs outputs should provide copper bus bar for connecting the 4 cables in output chambers

Erection of Power/welding Panel boards including removing of existing panel board and its cable connections including supply of cable termination lugs at the time reconnection if required. Scope of work includes necessary civil works for erection of new panel boards.

For the following MCCBs and sockets (All MCCBs with microprocessor thermal Magnetic Release Type) Including necessary cable (10Mtrs) and cable connections. (a) Incoming 400A MCCB 4pole 50KA - 1No. (b) Copper busbar capacity of 450A 3phae and neutral (c) Outgoing 63A MCB 4 pole for control of socket and 5 pin Panel mount socket with plug top (As per Legrand cat No.0587 25 and 0587 05) - 6Nos.

Erection of Lighting Panel boards including removing of existing panel board and its cable connections including supply of cable termination lugs at the time reconnection if required. Scope of work includes necessary civil works for erection of new panel boards.

Supply of LT panel (for Shore Supply) with 1250 Amps, 440V AC, 3 Pole ACB as incomer and 1500 Amps copper Bus bar chamber for connecting outgoing cables all as per technical specifications enclosed

Install, test and Commissioning of LT panel (for Shore Supply) all as per technical specifications enclosed.

Supply of 1250A draw-out type 3 Pole ACB as per technical specification.

Install and Retrofitting of 1250A draw-out type 3 Pole ACB, in Substation as per technical specification.

Supply of 1600 A draw-out type 3 Pole ACB as per technical specification.

Install and Retrofitting of 1600 A draw-out type 3 Pole ACB, in Substation as per technical specification.

Supply of 3.5C X 400 Sq.mm LT Aluminum cable as per technical specifications enclosed.

Lay, fix, test and commissioning of 3.5C X 400 Sq.mm LT Aluminum cable as per technical specifications enclosed.

Supply of 3.5C X 240 Sq.mm LT Aluminum cable as per technical specifications enclosed.

Lay, fix, test and commissioning of 3.5C X 240 Sq.mm LT Aluminum cable as per technical specifications enclosed.

Supply of 800A Switch disconnector (Isolator) including necessary fixing arrangements and terminal box for outgoing side to connect the 2Nos. 3.5core 240Sq.mm Cables. Incoming side necessary bus bar jumpers to be provide from the existing bus bars.

Fixing of 800A Switch disconnector (Isolator) and connect to the 2Nos. 3.5core 240Sq.mm Cables.

Replacement of existing bus bar duct outside GI sheet where damaged with necessary GI Sheet including removing of damaged area and provide new duct including necessary nut and bolts match to the existing duct.

Painting of Bus bar Duct with 2 coats of paint over one coat of Zinc oxide primer coat including cleaning scraping, emerypapering etc.

Providing Earth pits as per the specification

Supply of 25 x 6mm GI flat run including nut & bolts etc.

Fixing of 25 x 6mm GI flat run alongwith the existing bus duct including fixing of nut & bolts etc.

Charges towards P&F, Freight and Transit Insurance upto HSL Stores
