Providing and Fixing of Raw water Submersible pumps of KSB / Kirloskar/ Crompton make suitable for lifting Raw cold water of undermentioned charactristics with impellers priming funnel, casing ring & shaft sleeves as per manufacturers standard practice and conforming to IS 8034, coupled directly to submersible wet winding motor. The motor & pumps shall be suitable for operation on 400+/- 10% volts, 3 phase AC supply. The power of motor shauld be at least 10% in excess of minimum power required by the pump in complete range of +10% and (-) 15% of DP head. The motor confirm to latest IS specifications with upto date ammendments. It should include cost of wiring nuts and bolts painting etc. complete and suitable for following requirements:- Total Head:-90.00 Meters, Discharge 15.00 LPS/54 M^3/Hr , Characteristics of water - Raw cold water of River UHL

Providing and fixing of manual start / stop starter panel suitable for pump set offered against item No 1 above complete within all respect in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and Fixing of incomer panel comprising of MCB/ MCCB with box complete in all respect.

Providing and Fixing Copper cable from switch board to starter panel complete in all respect.

Providing and Fixing Motor Copper cable from starter to pumpset 1x3x6 sqmm complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and Fixing of double flanged GI pipe 80 mm dia with standard accessories complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing Cast Iron Non Return valve (BIS:5312) of 80 mm dia PN 1.0 with flanged Table-17 or letest with upto date ammendmentds of BIR//Leader/Kartar/Pelicon make including cost of welding of companion flanges, nut & bolts, rubber insertions washers (gasket) etc. as per sapecification complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of Cast Iron Sluice valve 80 mm dia of double flanged (BIS-14846) of Bir/Kartar/Pelicon make Class PN 1.0 with flanged Table-17 or letest with upto date ammendmentds of BIR/Kartar/Pelicon make including cost of welding of companion flanges, nut & bolts, rubber insertions washers (gasket) etc. as per sapecification complete in all respect in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Testing of all equipments for 3 days and providing any other fittings required as per site conditions and as per direction of Engineer - in - Charge.
