Amount

Excavating over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out Soft / loss soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes or similar holes n.exc 0.5 cum getting out ,returning filling in and raming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding, 25cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and making good surface in soft loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Surfaces excavation n.exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC M 25 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type 1:2:4,B0 using 12.5mm stone aggregate as in filleting work and like complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Reinforced Cement concrete (nominal mix) 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation footing complete all as specfied and as directed.

M&L Reinforced Cement concrete (nominal mix)1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for column, pillars, piers, posts and struts etc complete all as specfied and as directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4, type B2 (40mm graded aggregate] in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4 Type B1 over 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type C1, 1:3:6 (20mm graded stone agreated as in bed block, coping complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for 100mm thick Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundation of posts and struts complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter on rough finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions complete all as specfied and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel or iron surfaces of any description over 10cm width or grith and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new steel surfaces not exceeding 10cm width or girth, when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Hardcore of broken stones of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 12 mm thick multiwall polycarbonate sheet as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 2 mm thick perforated GI sheet for wall cladding or horizontal surfaces , fixing with screws or welding having open area of 33% . Note:- Pattern of perforation as directed by GE and as per sample kept in GE office.

M&L for pre-painted galvalume aluminium zink coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of colour having tensile strength of 550 MPA as in roof covering fixed with self topping screw complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for TMT bars but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 24 mm dia mild steel blots, purpose made with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed for other or screwed for both ends, each screwed to be fitted with washer and one hexagonal or square length not exc 300mm long complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for mild steel Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, with riveted, bolted or welded Fe 410 -W (Gde- E- 250) quality- A complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild stel for wind ties for roof including securing bolts, incuding cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes and similar works conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. Fe 410 -W (Gde E- 250) quality-A complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel works for posts & struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc. flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or welding/ riveting, etc., & similar work conforming to Fe 290-0 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolt (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut but length of bolt exc. 5cm and n. exc. 10cm long and diameter of neck 10mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only chain link fencing MS galvanised fencing any size or type complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Mild steel Round Fe-410-W (Gde.E-250) quality-A or Fe 290 (Gde -E-165) bars 10mm dia bar for fixing of chain link fencing with posts complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any standards, rails straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F framed work as in door frames or gates chowkats of angle or other section with braces, etc., complete, drilled or welded for MS hinges for fixing of gate or doors other covering and also fastening and fixing complete conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality-A all as specified and as directed.

M & L for parking tiles 400x400x12mm thick of approved shade and colour, set jointed in neat cement slurry complete all as specified as directed with Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes in CM1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L machine pressed precast cement concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS-15658-2006 of 60mm thickness M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of paver block complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 25 mm thick sand filling under floors or in foundation incl watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
