Providing and laying in position 1:4:8 cement concrete of specified grade cu.mexcluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up toplinthlevel :

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth,consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering,lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centring, shuttering,finishing and reinforcement - All work upto plinth level 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of Reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 work in walls (any thickness),including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses,fillets, columns, pillars, piers,abutments, posts and struts etc. uptofloor five level excluding cost of centring,shuttering, finishing and reinforcement : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement:1.5 coars sand:3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centring and shuttering including strutting,ropping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete.

Centring and shuttering including strutting,ropping etc. and removal of form for Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers.

Centring and shuttering including strutting,ropping etc. and removal of form for Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for all heights : Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting,bending, placing in position and binding all complete Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars above in plinth level

Brick work with F.P.S. bricks of class designation 75 in foundation and plinth level in all shapes and sizes in Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Providing and laying cement concrete in kerbs, steps,hold fast,sill and the likeat or near groundlevel excluding the cost of centring, shuttering and finishing 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

12 mm cement plaster of mix 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand) incld.supply of materials, labour, T&P etc. reqd. for proper completion of work.

6 mm cement plaster of mix 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) incld.supply of materials, labour, T&P etc. reqd. for proper completion of work.

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth Exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/ 10 sqm. over and including base coat of water proofing cement paint applied @2.20 kg/ 10 sqm).

Steel work welded in built up section/framed work includingm cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using steel etc. as required In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture

Excavation in foundation for retaining & breast walls in all types of msoils and rocks including lead, lift and disposal of surplus material as per direction of engineer - in - charge by the direction in Engineer-in-charge work to be execuated as per specification a rate of above given item

Cement plum Masonry with 40% plum & 60% 1:3:6 cement concrete including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 of MORD Specifiction

Random Rubble Stone Masonry laid in 1:6 cement and sand mortar, in breast walls, retaining walls, parapets, scuppers, etc. including supply of all material, labour, T&P and royaltiies etc.(As per PWD Uttarakhand specifications)by the direction in Engineer

Hand Packed stone filling in back of wallls including cost of all materials, royality, T&P etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in- charge. (As per PWD Uttarakhand specifications)

Providing concrete for plain/ reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 P.C.C. grade M 20 Nominal mix 1:2:4 (Hand mixed)
