Supply, installatons,testing, and commissioning of 4 way- 11 kV SF6 Insulated outdoor one side extensible cubical type Ring Main Unit Comprising of 1 no Incoming LBS and 3 Nos Outgoing SF6 Insulated VCB’s Type C+VVV SF6 insulated, 11 kV vacuum circuit breaker ring main unit contained within a metal clad enclosure thickness of sheet min 3.15 mm thick, duly power coated (7 tank treatment) having degree of protection to IP-54, suitable for outdoor use, free standing and comprising of :- (i) Outgoing circuit breaker 03 Nos.– 630 Amp triple pole, Motor operated vacuum circuit breaker encapsulated in SF6 Stainless Steel Tank with independent spring mechanism and fully rated earth switch with provision for earth of the cable. (ii) Outgoing circuit breaker 03 Nos. - Air insulated cable boxes with split gland plate suitable for a bottom entry 3 core cable up to 185 sq. mm (iii) Incomer load break switch 01 No. - 630 Amp triple pole, single break, 3 position (ON, OFF & EARTH) ring main Isolator with independent manually charged spring mechanism and fully rated earth switch. (iv) Incomer load break switch 1 No. - Air insulated cable boxes with split gland plate suitable for a bottom entry 3 core cable up to 185 sq. mm (v) The Ring Main Unit/secondary GIS will be complete with: (a) Mimic diagram on front panel complete with status indicators - 01 No, (b) Set of positive standard mechanical interlocks- 01 No (c) Set of current transformers for protective relays CT ratio 100-50/1 A class 5P10 Burden epoxy resis cast 2.5VA for VCB- 01 Set

(ii) Necessary civil work like foundation, platfrom for the equipment of appropriate size as recommended by OEM or as indicated/directed by the GE/Engr-in-Charge for the connected work is required deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate. (iii) Procurement of complete unit shall be from approved OEM only, warranty certificate shall be produced by the contractor. (iv) Unit shall be SCADA compatible. (v) Drawings, design, technical specifications etc to be submitted for approval of GE before procurment of item.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of transformer of capacity 315 KVA step down outdoor type copper wounded 11/0.433 KV (at no load) AC 3 phase 50HZ on secondary side double wound oil immersed naturally all air cooled (ONAN COOLED) with external cooling tubes /radiator , delta connected as on primary and star connected with natural brought on secondary side and having tapping at (±) 2.5%,(±) 5% (±) 7.5% to be changed by hand operated OFF LOAD tap changing gear . The maximum temperature rise should not exceed 45 degree centigrade in oil and 50 degree centigrade in HV/ LV winding when measured by the resistance method after continuous full load run in ambient temperature the transformer shall confirming to IS 1180 Part-I:2014; Level-2 and comprising of following accessories complete all as specified and as directed. (a) HV side Cable box with 03 Nos porcelain HV bushing with arching horns on HV side suitable for 11 KV complete with bushing rods and nuts washers and cable glands suitable for reception of out 3 core 120 Sqmm cable , HT Cable 11000 Volts grade XLPE insulated heavy duty including gland complete. (b) 01 No cable end box on LV secondary side consisting of 05 Nos porcelain bushing (One No neutral earth, One No Neutral and Three No for phase connected bushing) with bushing rods and nuts washers and cable glands suitable for reception of out 3.5 core 400 Sqmm cable 2 runs, LT 1100 Volts grade XLPE insulated heavy duty including gland joint complete.

(c) Oil conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level gauge. (d) Dehydrating breather with first filling of dehydrating agent. (e) Explosive vent. (f) Thermometer pocket including temperature gauge (g) Two earthing terminals on tank body to facilitate fixing of 32x6mm GI strips. (h) One No thermometer dial type vapour pressure type having range 0-120 degree centigrade with maximum temperature indicator and re-setting device to maximum temperature including needle of temperature gauge: Max reading painted terminal. (i) Rating plate with terminal plate. (j) Oil level gauge. (k) Oil drain filter valve. (l) Oil filling hole on top cover with plug. (m) Air release valve/plug. (n) 4 Nos plain solid cast steel detachable rollers. (o) First fill of transformer oil conforming to relevant IS and tested upto 60 KV dielectric strength. (p)Two Nos lifting hook at side of transformer (q) Breather duly filled with silica gel crystals capacity 500g- 01 No Note :- (i) Design, Drawings, Technical specifications etc shall be appoved by the Garrision Engineer.(ii) Transformer shall be tested by rep of Accepting officer before despatch from factory premises.

Supply, lay, connect & testing of 3 core 120 Sqmm, 11000 Volts grade(Earthed) XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminum conductor laid in trench/under ground/wall/surafce/tunnel/duct complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, lay, connect and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 400 sq mm 3½ core complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M & L for Cable jointing kit 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination Heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 sqmm complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Supply, erecting and fixing in true vertical position, steel tubular swaged pole (410 SP-55), 11 mtr long, complete with cast iron base plate, pole cap / finial taper , welded reduced section and longitudinal weld throughout entire length of pole with and including 2 coats of black bituminous paint externally upto planting depth and remaining exterior portion of pole finished with one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Earth work, PCC in foundation, coping, cross arms, danger notice board and anti climbing device shall be measured and paid separately
