(i) Outgoing circuit breaker 03 Nos.– 630 Amp triple pole, Motor operated vacuum circuit breaker encapsulated in SF6 Stainless Steel Tank with independent spring mechanism and fully rated earth switch with provision for earth of the cable.
(ii) Outgoing circuit breaker 03 Nos. - Air insulated cable boxes with split gland plate suitable for a bottom entry 3 core cable up to 185 sq. mm
(iii) Incomer load break switch 01 No. - 630 Amp triple pole, single break, 3 position (ON, OFF & EARTH) ring main Isolator with independent manually charged spring mechanism and fully rated earth switch.
(iv) Incomer load break switch 1 No. - Air insulated cable boxes with split gland plate suitable for a bottom entry 3 core cable up to 185 sq. mm
(v) The Ring Main Unit/secondary GIS will be complete with:
(a) Mimic diagram on front panel complete with status indicators - 01 No,

Note : (i) Isolators shall be provided with mechanical interlock.
(ii) Necessary civil work like foundation, platfrom for the equipment of appropriate size as recommended by OEM or as indicated/directed by the GE/Engr-in-Charge for the connected work is required deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate.
(iii) Procurement of complete unit shall be from approved OEM only, warranty certificate shall be produced by the contractor.
(iv) Unit shall be SCADA compatible.

| 2 | Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of transformer of capacity 315 KVA step down outdoor type copper wounded 11/0.433 KV (at no load) AC 3 phase 50HZ on secondary side double wound oil immersed naturally all air cooled (ONAN COOLED) with external cooling tubes /radiator , delta connected as on primary and star connected with natural brought on secondary side and having tapping at (±) 2.5%,(±) 5% (±) 7.5% to be changed by hand operated OFF LOAD tap changing gear . The maximum temperature rise should not exceed 45 degree centigrade in oil and 50 degree centigrade in HV/ LV winding when measured by the resistance method after continuous full load run in ambient temperature the transformer shall confirming to IS 1180 Part-I:2014; Level-2 and comprising of following accessories complete all as specified and as directed.
(a) HV side Cable box with 03 Nos porcelain HV bushing with arching horns on HV side suitable for 11 KV complete with bushing rods and nuts washers and cable glands suitable for reception of out 3 core 120 Sqmm cable , HT Cable 11000 Volts grade XLPE insulated heavy duty including gland complete.
(b) 01 No cable end box on LV secondary side consisting of 05 Nos porcelain bushing (One No neutral earth, One No Neutral and Three No for phase connected bushing) with bushing rods and nuts washers and cable glands suitable for reception of out 3.5 core 400 Sqmm cable 2 runs, LT 1100 Volts grade XLPE insulated heavy duty including gland joint complete. | 1 | Each | - | - |
