Providing and fixing ICTP main switch with HRC fuses of Kilburn/L&T/Seimen/ Standred/Havells make and having capacity 30% extra of the operationl rating/ as per IS-4064-1978 with up to date ammendments immediately after the power meter of the HPSEB.
Prov. & fixing M.S. sheet,steel fabricated floor mounted closed (almirach type switch board including angle iron post of suitable height and size ISA 40x40x6, duly painted with steel sheet of 16 guage comprising and capable of mounting the following accessories with all internal connections.All accessories should be suitable for the proposed pumping machinery at item NO.2 above and to the entire satisfaction of HPSEB authorities. The same shall have to be replaced with out extra cost if recommended by HPSEB authoroties.
OCB/MCCB of MEI/Havels/standard make and suitable capacity of offered motor on incoming feeder with or without intial oil filling as the case may be with linked under voltage released as per relevent IS code with up to date ammendments.

Increasers with companions flanges matching with the relevant specifications of the accessories including rubber/asbestos gasket of minimum 3mm thckness as per IS:2712:1979 and required number of nuts and bolts as per Is:1364:1983, The Pipes fittings and joints shall be as per relevant IS code & to withstand 1.5 times total head stipulated under item No.26. The size of the various components to be as under:
Suction pipe: One dia higher then the suction of the pump offered and suitable to keep the velocity of flow from 1 to 1.5M/second in the suction pipe.
Delivery pipe: One dia higher then the delivery of the pump offered and suitable to keep the velocity of flow from 1.5 to 2M/second in the delivery pipe.
Common headere: One dia higher then delivery of pump X 150 mm dia and will extend upto 5 meter from the outer wall of the pump house in direction to be jointed.

Providing laying, jointing (by way of circumfrential butt welded joints by electrical arc welding) and testing of MSERW pipe of following dia meters confirming to BIS 3183-2007 confirming to L-390 or X-56 pipe of following diameter (latest with up to date amendments) steel grade A & wall thickness as specified below with bevelled ends and capable of withstanding required test pressure in a random length of 4 to 7 meters, including manufacturing reducers/ tapers, all short pieces, beds etc. as per site requirement made from parent tubes. The laying of pipe will include all operation such as cutting. welding, jointing, fabrication of bends, tees etc. including lowering and laying in excavated trenches to ensure required level including flushing, cleaning and hydraulic testing complete in all respects to the satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. The fabricated bends shall have three or four cuts having its radius not less than five times the dia of pipe. The pipes shall be factory galvanized (zinc coating both inside and outside) as per relevant IS standards and the damaged portion of the pipes and specials made form the parent tube shall be provided anticorrosive treatment by applying two coats of anticorrosive bituminous paint over a priming coat as per AWWA specifications C-203-1978. The welding electrodes shall be as per IS 814 of Advani Oerlikon/ L&T or ISI marked make. The rates also includes entire carriage of material, flushing, cleaning & hydraulic testing complete to the best satisfaction & direction of Engineer in charge with in all leads and lifts. (Earth work in trenches will be measured and paid for separately).

Laying and binding (By way of circumferental butt welding by electrical arc welding) and testing of galvanised mild steel tube G.I pipe of following dia. Confirming to BIS 1239-2001 (Latest with upto date ammendements having wall thickness as per code with bevelled / Plain ends in a random length of 4 to 7 Mtrs. including mfg. reducers/ tapers all the pieces, bends etc. as per site requirement made from parent tube. The laying of will includes all operation such as Cutting, welding, jointing, fabrication of bends, tee etc. including lowering and laying in excavated trenches to ensure required level including flushing and cleaning anad hydrullic testing complete in all respectto the satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge. the fabricated bend shall have three or four cuts having its radius not less than five times the dia. of pipe. The dameged portion of the pipe end special made form the parent tube during welding or otherwised shall be provided anti corrossive treatment by applying two coats of anti corrossive bitumens paint over a priming coat as per AWWA specifications C-203 -1978. the welding electric shall be as per IS 814 of advani Oerlkon / L&T or ISI markd make. The rate also includes entire carriage of material, flushing, cleaning, hydraullic testing complete to the best satisfication and direction of Enginner in Charge with in alll leads and lifts.(Earth work in trenches will be measured and paid for separtely. Providing, Laying, Jointing Flanged joints including welding the same with MSERW Pipe /GI Pipe with following flange table joints in total length of gravity main) mentioned below with nuts and bolts of required sizes, 3mm thick compressed asbestos- fiber gasket or synthetic rubber gasket confirming to relevant BIS Code and to the direction & best satisfaction of Engineer in charge. ( Flanged joint after 100 mtrs.)
