Demolition of dry stone pitching in drains etc. including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of un-serviceable material within all leads.

Demolition of brick work above G.L upto floor two level including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within all lead, in cement mortar.

Cutting in Earth work and disposal of excavated earth upto a lead within all leads.

Excavation in foundation trenches etc.in earth work lift up to 1.50 meters stacking the excavated soil not more tan 3.00 meter clear from the edge of excavaton then returning the stacked soil in 15cm. layars when required into plinth sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed withinall leads. (50% pick work and 50% jumper work)

Providing and Laying Cement Concrete 1 : 5 : 10 ( 1 Cement : 5 Sand : 10 Grated Stone Aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding Cost of Centring and Shuttering in Foundation and Plinth.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1 : 4 : 8 ( 1 Cement : 4 Sand : 8 Graded Stone Aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and Curing complete excluding Cost of Form Work in foundation and plinth in breast and retaining walls.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 ( 1 cement : 2 sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work inwalls including attached but tresses pilasters and their caps and bases and string courses etc. upto floor two level (Coping)

Providing Form work with Steel Plates 3.15 . Thick , welded with angle iron in frames 30 x30 x5 mm, sso as to give a fair finish including Centring, Shuttering Strutting and Propping etc with Wooden Battens and Ballies, height of Propping and Centring below supporting Floor to ceilling not exceeding 4 mtrs and removal of the same for insitu - Reinforced Concrete and Plain Concrete Work in Vertical Surfaces such as Walls (any thickness) Partitions and the like including attached pillasters Buttresses, Plinth and String Courses and the like.

Providing PVC pipe of 100mm dia for weep holes in retaining walls.

Brick Work using Common Burnt Clay Building Bricks in Foundation and plinth in Cement Mortar 1 : 4 ( 1 Cement : 4 Sand) First Class Bricks.

Brick Work using Common Burnt Clay Building Bricks in superstructure in Cement Mortar 1 : 4 ( 1 Cement : 4 Sand) First Class Bricks.

Half Brick Masonry in common Burn Clay Building Bricks in Cement Mortar 1 : 4 ( 1 Cement : 4 Sand) in Super Structure above Plinth Level upto Floor two level (First Class Brick).

15 mm cement plaster in single coat on fair/rough side of brick/conc/stone masnory wall for interior plasering upto floor two level including arises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angle not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 sand).

Finishing wall with water prooffing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorted wall surface (two coats) to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remainsof loose powered material.

Steel work in single sections including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in R S joists Angle, channel, tees etc.

Supply and fixing galvanised steel barbed wire (IS:278-1962 Type weighing 9.38 kg per 100 metres (minimum) straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts including securing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc. as directed (posts and struts of wood concrete, steel etc. and straining bolts shall be paid for seperately).

Painting two coats( excluding priming coat on new steel and other metal surfaces with enamel paint other than white
