Dismantling and taking down security light, street light, tube lights and hanger light of any type at any height, fittings such as LED light/ flood light any size etc. AC 230 volts any wattage from pole/wall/ roof top/hanger roof including washing/cleaning of perplex cover inspection for location of fault and replacing of defective spare parts required for smooth functioning, tightening of electric connection complete and assembling and refixing all as per site requirement all as specified and directed. Note: Defective spare part of relevant light fitting shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item as supply only.

Supply only LED electronic driver/adaptor for 45/48 watt LED security light fitting complete all as specified and directed. Make: Crompton/Havells/Bajaj.

Supply only LED electronic driver/adaptor for 20/25 watt for LED security light fitting complete all as specified and directed. Make: Crompton/Havells/Bajaj.

Supply only LED electronic driver for 60/75 watt LED security light fitting complete all as specified and directed. Make: Crompton/Havells/Bajaj.

Supply only LED electronic driver for 100 watt LED security light fitting complete all as specified and directed. Make: Crompton/Havells/Bajaj.

Supply only LED electronic driver for 120/150 watt LED security light fitting completeall as specified and directed. Make: Crompton/Havells/Bajaj.

PCC (1:2:4) Type B-1 using 20 mm graded aggregate for coping of steel tublar poles including necessary form work and finishing the exposed surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed at site.

Supply and fix in replacement of 1100 Volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminum conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service wire one twin core cable flat or circular of size of aluminum conductor 10 sq mm stranded conductor including taking down old unserviceable cable all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of 1100 Volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminum conductor , served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service wire one twin core cable flat or circular of size of aluminum conductor 6 sq mm stranded conductor including taking down old unserviceable cable all as specified and directed.

Taking down SVL / MVL/ MH/CFL/LED light fittings 25/30/48/60/70 /100/120/150 /250 /400 watts from existing pole/buildings of any height/type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of bracket made out of GI tubing single piece not welded bended at proper angle of size 25 mm dia, light grade 1.5 mtr long including painting with aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide to the bracket etc complete. Make of GI pipe: Prakash/Jindal/TATA/Oswal/ Swastik.

Supply and fix in replacement of MS clamp (suitable for holding street light bracket on steel pole) made out of 40 mm wide 6 mm thick flat iron with M.S nuts bolts 50 mm long 10 mm dia -3 Nos with flat washer (3mm thick) -02 No for each including painting with aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer to the M.S clamps.

Supply and fix in replacement of pole box size 450 x 350 x 200 mm fabricated out of 2 mm thick MS Sheet having 4 Nos aluminium busbar of suitable size with 1 No. MCB SP 6 Amps front openable hinged cover outdoor type weather proof suitable for mounting on steel pole including fixing MS clamp 02 Nos with nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fix in replacement of old unserviceable lugs after cutting the worn out /faulty cable end from LT pillar/panel box including necessary earth work for taking out the cable from loop line, returning, filling in and making cable lead by providing aluminium lugs including crimping with crimping tools in the existing LT cable 25 Sqmm 4 core upto 50 Sqmm including necessary connection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement MCCB 63 Amps four pole 16 KA,50 Hz 415 Volt with thimble as well as thermal adjustable type as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement PVC unsheathed multi stranded copper cable (FRLS) 1.5 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area 1100 all as per IS, all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix in replacement PVC unsheathed multi stranded copper cable (FRLS) 2.5 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area 1100 all as per IS, all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix in replacement PVC unsheathed multi stranded copper cable (FRLS) 4.0 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area 1100 all as per IS, all as specified & directed.

M & L for Painting to poles (9 mtr long) including cross arms, 'V' brackets, 'D' clamps, nuts, bolts, complete including painting with five strips of 30cm each black and white paint in alternate strips from the base of pole upto 1.5mtr height, writing of pole identification No. complete painting with two coat of synthetic enamel paint of first quality silver paint over a coat of red oxide primer after and including complete removal of old paint by scratching, rubbing complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation, laying of under ground cables in hard/dense soil and getting out all as directed.

Returning, filling in excavated soil in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed

Removing of excavated soil to a distance n. exc. 50 mtr and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L local dry sand filling in trenches around under ground cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing of sub class 'B' bricks, old size, well burnt laid flat dry for protection of under ground cable complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking out old existing unserviceable LT under ground cable of any description, any size and in any position from trenches/ under floor, roads, paths or from walls / from poles/ from ducts etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation & earth work shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of this schedule.

Supply, laying, jointing & testing of cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminum conductor of size 35 sqmm 3.5 core all as per IS, all as specified & directed.

All as per Item No 32 here-in-before but of size 25 Sqmm 4 core.

Supply and fix in replacement of light grade Galvanised mild steel pipe 50mm bore as for cable protection complete with all fittings, laid under roads, drain, paths, fixed to poles/ walls with suitable mild steel clamps , bolts , nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Prakash/Jindal/TATA/Oswal/ Swastik. Note:- Excavation & earth work shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of this schedule.
