M&L plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan, to any radius, in half brick thick wall, using old size brick, built in cement mortar 1:4, complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate cast in situ in lintels up to 1.5 m clear span, cills steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings up to 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones(fixing hold fasts), bed plates, water through and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including use of form work (straight or curved) complete all as specified & directed. M&L for applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paints having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, and UV resistance as per IS 15489-2004,alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (company depot tinted) with silicon additived @1.43 litre/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @0.90litre/10 sqm on new surface including 2mm thick plaster of paris putty over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking , bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality confirmaing to TMT bars, complete all as specified and directed.

Mild Steel TMT bars 5 mm dia and over and including upto 10mm dia in stirrups and binders etc including cutting, binding bending, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia quality conforming to TMT Bars complete all as specified and directed.
