Brick work with old size fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified & directed.

2nd class hardwood (Sal) plain solid straight chowkats and frames wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered put together with glue pinned at joints complete all as specified and directed.

35mm thick second class hardwood (Sal/Hollock) factory made plain framed panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rails & panel of 9 mm B.W.P commercial ply wood or 12 mm thick veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both side. The size of rail and stile as per IS:1003 (Part-I) kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and directed.

35 mm thick Ist class softwood glazed & skeleton factory made shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze etc (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitered beads for securing glass, etc, sizes of members of door shutters as specified in SSR- 2009 Part-I Section 8.24(a) complete all as specified and directed.

Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing as shown on page No 176 to 183 of MES SSR-2020 Part-II compete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Door frame shall be water proof, termite proof, elegant and should have excellent screws holding strength to fix hinges and hold doors properly for a long life)

Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails.M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and wood grain printed PVC sheet for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Pane of 4 mm thick sheet glass to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded/ sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable 5mm thick x15mm wide PVC sheet beading used inside stiles and rails and decorative PVC beading of 10mm x 10mm (900 ), and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site, complete as shown on page No 176 to 183 of MES SSR 2020 Part-II compete all as specified and directed.

Rendering cement plaster 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on brick wall or on concrete surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, mixed with water proofing compound, all as specified. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound.

25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.50 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in floor finish, surface finished even and fair to receive top finish complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6, nominal mix, type C-1, using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate, 75mm thick as in plinth protection etc., surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement and laid to a slope of 1 in 24 in alternate panels n.exc. 1.20 Sqm each, 12mm wide and 5 cms deep joints shall be formed between the bays and shall be filled with mastic filling comprising a mixture of one part of heated blown bitumen and two parts of heated coarse sand (by volume), all as specified. Note:- The unit rate include for use of form work (straight or curved).

Mat finish, premium quality, joint free (edge cut), coloured/ printed Non -Skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and including 15mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) including necessary cutting and waste as per site requirement pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed. Size/Shade/Colour of tile shall be approved by the GE.

Glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 350mm x 250mm x 7mm thick as in vertical surfaces , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile over and including 10 mm thick cement screed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. Shade/Colour of tile shall be approved by the GE.
