Construction of Daycare PHC Building at Tiadisahi in the District of Bhadrak for 2026-27.

300 mm dia Double under reamed pile foundation 8 m long with R.C.C. M20 using 12mm size black hard granite (crusher broken)stone chips including cost of boreholes but excluding cost of M.S. rod/Tor steel and labour chrages for cutting, bending and binding of steel etc complete or as directed by Engineer in charge.

Earthwork in excavation in foundation in hard soil within initial Lead and lift including levelling the bed ,depositing with cost of labour,etc complete as directed by Engineer in charge.

Supplying, filling in foundation and plinth with sand including watering and ramming with cost, conveyance, royalties of sand with labour and required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing plain cement concrete ( 1:3:6 ) in foundations using 40 mm nominal size h.g. metal including watering and curing etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Cement concrete(1:2:4) using 12 mm size B.H.G C.B chips laying in layers niot exceeding 150mm ramming in rammer,watering and curing etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

R.C.C. work of Grade- M 200 in following works using 20mm size & down graded hard black crusher broken granite stone chips of approved quality from approved quarry in specified proportion including centering & shuttering,hoisting, lowering, laying and compacting concrete, watering and curing and finishing the exposed surfaces smooth with cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials with all labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per the direction of engineer incharege but excluding the cost and conveyance of HYSD rods or Tor steel and binding wire of 18 to 20 gauge and labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending, binding and tying the grills and placing in proper position.
