1 Providing and laying a high-performance, fast-setting Concrete

Resurfacing geo polymer Mortar, completely curing-free and zero-

shrinkage, in 10 mm thickness over the existing concrete surface

ensuring traffic mobilization within 2 hours of work execution.

The mortar shall:

• Achieve 15 MPa compressive strength within 2 hours.

• Achieve 4 MPa bond strength within 24 hours.

• Be non-shrink, non-toxic, and curing-free.

The work includes:

• Cutting up to the depth of 10mm and then surface preparation

using blowers and mechanical/wire brushing.

• Cleaning and conditioning of surface for proper bonding.

• Mixing of Geopolymer Mortar in a mechanical mixer

• Placement, finishing & complete execution.

All work shall be carried out as per approved specifications, technical

data sheets, and Engineer-in-Charge directions.

2 Providing and laying treatment for wear & tear of existing concrete

or Asphalt pavement using a premixed, high-performance, curing-

free, quick-setting geopolymer mortar for repair of patch and

pothole with minimum depth of 100 mm, executed without cutting

the panel, ensuring traffic mobilization within 4 hours of work

The mortar shall:

• Achieve 25 MPa compressive strength within 4 hours.

• Achieve 4 MPa bond strength within 24 hours.

• Be non-shrink, non-toxic, and curing-free.

The work includes :

• Surface preparation using blowers and mechanical/wire brushing.

• Cleaning and conditioning of surface for proper bonding.

• Mixing of the inorganic phosphate-based premix Geopolymer

Mortar in a mechanical mixer.

• Placement, compaction, levelling and finishing.

All work shall be carried out as per approved specificationsand

Engineer-in-Charge directions.
