Supply & fixing of 20 KVAR APFC Panel Board made up of 1.6mm/1.8mm CRCA Sheet duly powder coated with Siemens grey RAL 7032/7035 with locking arrangements, Dust & Vermin proof, aluminium Busbar with color coded sleeves Indicating Lamps with control fuses, APFC relay 8stage.(Without Reactor). The automatic power factor controller panel 20 KVAr (approximately) capacity shall incorporate microprocessor based digital controller with provision for manual control 6 when the APFC relay fails. During normal automatic operation the microprocessor-controlled relays shall 'pick out' the correct capacitor size by referring to the actual demand of reactive power directly and do the correct 'C/k' adjustment automatically. The controller should be capable of maintaining power factor at 0.99 lagging to unity power factor.
