Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m (one point five meter) in width or 10 sqm (Ten sequare meter) on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m,(one point five meter) including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within all lead i/c carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Supplying and stacking at site 63 mm (Sixty three milimeter) to 45 mm (Forty five milimeter) size stone aggregate of specificed size, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specified sizes to WBM specifications in uniform thickness, hand picking, rolling with 3 wheeled road/vibratory roller 8-10 tonne capacity in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding material to fill up interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density .

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement isto four sand isto eight graded hard stone aggregate 40 (Forty) milimeters nominal size) mechanically mixed and curing complete, excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth, as per H.P.PWD. Specification, including carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts, including all incidental charges, as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. with wooden/steel battens and ballies beams,cantilevers, girders and lintels. Sides and soffits of beams, beam hunching cantilevers, bressumers and lintels in all depths and in all heights from floor, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (one cement isto one point five coarse sand) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm (Twenty milimeter) nominal size, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. including cost of binding wire:- Thermo-Mechanically treated bars of grade fe-500 or more. all leads lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge

Providing and laying 100mm (one hundred milimeter) thick factory made cement concrete paver block NTC,Modern, Nitco or Gico of approved shape and colour of M -30 grade made of C&D waste by block making machine with vibratory compaction laid in required pattern and including over 50 mm (Fifty milimeter) thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. in all lead & lift i/c carrige of material complete as per the direction of Engineer-in- charge.
