WOOD WORK:- Providing and fixing single or double 37mm thick pannelled with country /anjili wood door shutters as per drawings and technical specifications, rate shall include providing and fixing approved quality aluminium oxidised fittings such as tower bolt aldrop etc with necessary screws of required shape, size and numbers (dull finish) and iron oxidized hinges of required numbers and size with necessary screws and providing painting with 2 coats of approved make enamel paint over a coat of primer or 3 coats varnish etc. Door with teak wood panelled shutters and teak wood frame of size 125X65mm.

Providing and laying ceramic tiles in flooring and skirting (basic rate for supply of ceramic tiles to be considered as Rs.45/sqft).

Providing and fixing skirting and dado with coloured glazed tiles of approved quality and make over 20mm thick CM (1:2) including corners angles and beading and using white cement pointing of joints and applying neat cement paste 3Kgs/Sqm cleaning, polishing etc. as per technical specification.
