Composite Work (Civil, Electrical & S&T) comprising formation, viaducts, minor/major bridges, RUBs/Subways, station buildings, staff quarters, platforms, passenger amenities, supply & spreading of ballast, track linking and P-Way works, along with Design, Supply, Erection, Testing & Commissioning of 25 kV AC OHE and Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Telecom Outdoor Systems including trenching, laying, blowing, splicing & jointing of 48F x 2 OFC on both sides of the track, one-side Quad cable, emergency communication system and other associated works between Tanda Road (Excluding) to Jamaniya (Including) from Km 101.29 to Km 125.92 (Length: 24.63 Km) in connection with the Chhotaudepur-Dhar New Broad Gauge Line Project in Vadodara Division of Western Railway.

Whether the tenderers have carefully read the tender notice and tender document and ensured their understanding of the requirements?

Whether the tenderer has verified that he/she meets the eligibility criteria specified in the tender notice as well as in the tender document?

Whether the tenderer has submitted Bid Security/Earnest Money Deposit of requisite values and validity as specified in NIT and in the method and manner as stipulated under Clause 5 of IR GCC 2022 (Part-I), with correction slips updated up to date of closing of tender?

Whether the scanned copy of the Bank Guarantee has been uploaded on e-Procurement Portal (IREPS) while applying to the tender?

Whether the tenderer is clearly aware of the tender condition that the original Bank Guarantee should be delivered in person to the official nominated in the method and manner as mentioned in the tender document, before closing date for submission of bids ? Whether the tenderer is aware of the tender condition as contained under Note for Item 10.1 of IR GCC- 2022 (Part-I), which states as under: "Work experience certificate from private individual shall not be considered. However, in addition to work experience certificates issued by any Govt. Organization, work experience certificate issued by Public listed company having average annual turnover of Rs 500 crore and above in last 3 financial years excluding the current financial year, listed on National Stock Exchange or Bombay Stock Exchange, incorporated/registered at least 5 years prior to the date of closing of tender, shall also be considered provided the work experience certificate has been issued by a person authorized by the Public listed company to issue such certificates." "In case tenderer submits work experience certificate issued by public listed company, the tenderer shall also submit along with work experience certificate, the relevant copy of work order, bill of quantities, bill wise details of payment received duly certified by Chartered Accountant, TDS certificates for all payments received and copy of final/last bill paid by company in support of above work experience certificate."

Whether the tenderer has submitted the requisite information as per Annexure-VIB, as contained in IR GCC-2022 (Part-I) along with copies of Audited Balance Sheets duly certified by the Chartered Accountant/ Certificate from Chartered Accountant duly supported by Audited Balance Sheet in support of FinancialEligibility Criteria, as specified in the tender notice and tender document?

Whether the Audited Balance Sheet duly certified by the Chartered Accountant regarding contractual payments received in the past have been uploaded?

Whether the list of personnel/organization on hand and proposed to be engaged for the tendered work has been uploaded with the tender? Similarly, whether list of Plant & Machinery available on hand and proposed to be inducted and hired for the tendered work has been uploaded with the tender?

Whether the tenderer is clearly aware of and understood the tender condition that in case of any information submitted by tenderer is found to be false, forged or incorrect at any time during process for evaluation of tenders, it shall lead to forfeiture of the tender Bid Security besides banning of business for a period of up to two years?

Whether the tenderer is clearly aware of and understood in case of any information submitted by tenderer is found to be false, forged or incorrect after the award of contract, the contract shall be terminated? Bid Security, Performance Guarantee and Security Deposit available with the railway shall be forfeited. Inaddition, other dues of the contractor, if any, under this contract shall be forfeited and agency shall be banned for doing business for a period of up to two years.
