Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level:1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) Basement, below GF Flooring & entrance below area .

DESIGN MIX CONCRETE :-Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete. FLOORING:- GRANO 52 mm thick cement concrete flooring with concrete hardener topping, under layer 40 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and top layer 12 mm thick cement hardener consisting of mix 1:2 (1 cement hardene mix : 2 graded stone aggregate 6 mm nominal size) by volume, hardening compound mixed @ 2 litre per 50 kg of cement or as per manufacturer's specifications. This includes cost of cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete.

GRANITE W O R K:- Providing and laying Polished Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing , curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and fixing 10 mm thick acid and/or alkali resistant tiles of approved make and colour using acid and/or alkali resisting mortar bedding, and joints filled with acid and/or alkali resisting cement as per IS : 4457, complete as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge In flooring on a bed of 10 mm thick mortar 1:4 (1 acid proof cement : 4 coarse sand) Acid and alkali resistant tile

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing and laying pressed clay tiles (as per approved pattern 20 mm nominal thickness of approved size) on roofs jointed with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) mixed with 2% integral water proofing compound, laid over a bed of 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and finished neat complete.

F I N I S H I N G :- Cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement. 12 mm cement plaster ( Inner wall )

Terrace WATERPROOFING Option 1 -Single Component Solvent Based PU Coating Surface Treatment: Providing and laying water proofing treatment of terrace including cleaning the surface with wire brush, treating all surface cracks, construction joints and honeycombs by grouting with specialised non shrink grout and preparation of surface in all aspects to receive the waterproofing. Bore Packing / Core Cut Treatment: Providing and sealing the gaps in the core cuts around PVC pipes treated with ReArm Bond SBR 45 bonding agent & sprinkled sand; using a non shrink grout ArmGrout M 50 or equivalent of followed by sealing of the same joint by using Joint Tape SealArm Joint Tape 2000 or equivalent with Epoxy adhesive. Proofing by Brick Bat Coba method using CICO NO.1 or other approved equivalent compound with cement mortar 1:3 as per specifications follows: The roof slab/gutter slab shall be throughly cleaned to remove debris and dust, and applying 2 coats of acylic polymer modified cement based, flexible water proofing slurry like Tapecrete or approved equivalent make compound and curede for 7 days followed by a layer of 20mm thick cement mortar 1:3 admixed with CICO NO.1 (or) other approved equivalent make shall be spread over the prepared surface. On the spread mortar provide and lay well burnt brick bat (COBA) to a average minimum thickness of 55mm ( i.e minimum 40mm thickness at lower end and 70mm thickness at higher end). An additional layer of brick bat ( COBA) shall be laid over the existing brick bat COBA surface if required to get the required gradient for adequate drainage giving a slope of approximately 1 in 100.

TERRACE SCREED :- Protection Screed: Horizontal Areas: Providing and Laying M25 grade screed concrete in 1:100 to a average thickness of 100 mm mixed with Integral Waterproofing admixture AquaArm Proof WP 10 at the dosage of 125 ml/bag of cement over waterproofing layer to a minimum thickness of 75 mm as per site requirement(Civil Contractor Scope) including control joints of 4M X 4M size and filling the panels with polyurethane sealant.

Protective Plaster: providing and laying avg. 15 mm thick, CM 1:4 plaster admixed with Integral Waterproofing Compound Aquaarm Proof WP 10 of MYK Arment or equivalent @ 150 ml / bag of cement.
