Prividing & Fixing Premium quality Vitrified tiles (Double charged) of size 600*600*10mm in floors with water absorbtion less that 0.08% and conforming to IS 15622 of approved make KAJARIA in all colours and shades laid on 20mm thick cement pigment of MYK laticrete / saint gobaim or its equivalent material to maintain the level including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., and all materials complete all as directed. (Rate includes removal of old tiles / hacking of existing floor as required) Complete all as EIC.

Providing and fixing false ceiling with 12-15 mm thick cement board false ceiling tiles (Acoustic Sound prrofing Tiles/Bison/V-Board) make -Rockstrength / Armstrong / Equalient of Size 600 x 600 mm of approved texture, design and patterns, to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on inter-locking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanised powder coated iron section of 0.33mm thick (galvanized @ 120 grams per sqm including both sides) comprising of main-T runners of size 24x38 mm of length 3000 mm, cross - T of size 24x32 mm of length 1200 mm and secondary intermediate cross-T of size 24x32 mm of length 600mm to formgrid module of size 600 x 600 mm, suspended from ceiling using galvanised mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grains per sqm) i.e. 12x50 mm long dash fasteners, 6 mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000 mm length and L- shape level adjuster of size 76x25x25x1.6 mm fixed with grid and Z cleat of size 25x37x25x1.6mm thick with precut hole on both 25mm flange to pierce into 12x50mm or even bigger size dash fastener if require, fixed with Glavanised iron perimeter wall angle or size 24x24x0.40 mm of length 3000 mm to be fixed on periphey wall/ partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 50mm center to center and 40 mm long dry wall S.S screws. The workshall be carried out as per specifications complete all as directed by EIC.

Removal of existing any kind of false ceiling boards with grid and handed over to useful material to CE office and dispose the unservicable material to outside HSL premises complete all as directed.

Applying two coats of putty of approved brands birla / JK to internal walls surfaces including applying suitable primer on old wall surface thourough scrapping and preparation. Putty shall be finished till a smooth and even surface is achieved. (Rate includes removal of old paint with Buffing machine)

Apply two coats of premium quality arcylic Interior emulsion paint over a one coat of primer, reqired shade to wall surfaces from approved brands Asian paints (Royal shine), Berger (silky luxury) where ever specified by Engineer including necessary scaffolding etc., complete. (Rate includes removal of old paint with Buffing machine)

Providing Two(2) coats of white washing with suryacem / Hitech gold to ceiling surfaces after through scrapping, sand papering and cleaning the surface to give even shade etc., complete all as directed. (Rate includes scrapping of old surface by manually with sand paper etc.,)

Providing and fixing anodized extruded aluminium partitions, doors, windows & ventilators part pannelled and part glazed with pre-laminated flat pressed 12mm thick particle board (NOVAPAN, ECOBOARD etc) of approved colour & make. Aluminium sections of thickness 1.50mm shall be powder coated with approved colour including aluminium powder coated (50 Microns) frame conforming to IS:1948, IS:1949 fabricated from extruded sections of INDAL / JINDAL or approved equivalent make as per IS:1285, IS:733 and electro color coating of 15 microns thickness. Glazing shall be clear/froasted glass of 4-5 mm thickness of approved make SaintGobin / Modifloat including sanp fit type beading, concealed screws, fixtures (like tower bolts, hold fast, handles both sides, door stoppers with rubber shoes, 'L'drops, stays, floor springs, hydralic door closers etc) lokcing arrangement for windows, Godrej make mortice lock with 3 no keys for each door, C.P.brass / staineless steel screws, providing and fixing hinges / pivots, and making provisions for fixing of fittings where ever required including cost of PVC / neoprene gasket fits all complete with necessary fillingup of gaps at the junctions, at top, bottom and sides etc., complete. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required.

Removing & Refixing of existing aluminium partitions including all fit type beading, concealed screws, fixtures (like tower bolts, hold fast, handles both sides, door stoppers with rubber shoes, 'L'drops, stays, floor springs, hydralic door closers etc) lokcing arrangement for partitions all complete with necessary fillingup of gaps at the junctions, at top, bottom and sides etc., complete all as per EIC.

Apply two coats of premium quality weather proofing arcylic Exterior emulsion paint over a one coat of primer, reqired shade to wall surfaces from approved brands Asian paints (apex ultima), Berger (All guard) where ever specified by Engineer after through scrapping & cleaning of old surface including necessary scaffolding etc., complete. (Rate includes scrapping of old surface by mechanically) (Note. Work shall be carried out at a level of 0.0M to 18.0M from Ground level)
