Scarifying by power or hand picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc 400 sqm, exc 50mm and n.exc 100 mm deep including removing complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

Finishing surfaces of concrete roads, pavements by brooming complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5m wide and not exc. 1.5m in depth; for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth in hard / dense soil and getting out, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in (soil), including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25cm, complete all as specifed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified.

75 mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required using Limestone, sand stone, Flint or Quartzite spread and rolled with 10 to 12 tonnes power roller, each layer will be consolidated separately and to required gradient and camber, complete all as specified.

RCC M-25, design mix, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channel and drains complete all as specified and directed.

formwork to to faces of drain walls,retaining walls, abutments,parapets and staircase railingsand similar work including attached pillasters,buttresses,etc. ; vertical or to batter etc.for fair finish surface. complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:2:4, nominal mix, type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, coping, bed plates and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work, complete all as specified.

PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filing and mass concrete, complete all as specified.

Brickwork with sub-class ‘B’ bricks (old size), straight or curved on plan exc. 6m in mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified..

Brickwork with sub-class ‘B’ bricks (old size), straight or curved on plan exc. 6m in mean radius, built in cement mortar 1 :4 in half brick wall, complete all as specified.

TMT bars 10mm dia & over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, conforming to grade Fe-500, complete all as specified& directed.

100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 nominal mix, type D-2, using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as sub base, paving etc including necessary form work, complete all as specified.

15 mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick surfaces or concrete surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified.

5mm thick renderingin CM(1:4) on fair face of brick or concrete surface of RCC drain ,surface finished even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed .

Applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer over new plastered surfaces including preparation of surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP 2, laid & jointed complete with collars, bore of pipe 450 mm, complete all as specified & directed.

Concrete bed to 450 mm bore drain pipes including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid in cement concret 1:3:6 (Nominal mix) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, and tested, complete all as specified & directed.

Mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and or reveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-290 grade-E-165, complete all as specified.

Prepration of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified.

Cement concrete work in pavement/hardstanding laid in panels of size ( duly floated with surface vibrator / neddle vibrator) as directed of flexural strength 40 kg/per square centimetre in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre, thickness of concrete 25 cm or less including providing PCC as kerbs up to min 450 mm deep and 100 mm vide upto scour depth including all necessary form work at both side of road with out any extra cost as required at site and directed by Engr in Charge. NOTE-1. All concrete shall be done by using computrized automatic concrete batching plant of min capacity 15-20cum/hr which shall be installed by contractor baching and mixing at site, calibrated and tested. The the batching plant shall confirm to IS 4925 have the facilities of data print out, presenting the quality to be weighng automatic cut off when the same is achieved. 2.General sample from fresh concrete shall be taken as per IS-1199 and cubes shall be made curved and tested at 28days in accordance with IS-516. 3.IN order to get a relatively quicker idea of the quality of concrete optional tests on beam for modules of rupture at 72(+2h) or at 7 days, or compressive strength test at 7 days may be carried out in addition to 28 days compressive strength test. For this purpose should be arrived at based on actual testing. In all cases, the 28 days compressive strength specified in table 2 shall alone be the criteria for acceptance or rejection of the concrete.

Forming 20 mm thick Expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminious filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound Grade ‘A’, thickness of concrete slab 200mm including boring form work and preformed filler for dowels, complete all as specified & directed.

Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound grade ‘A’, complete all as specified & directed.

Forming Construction joints 30 mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound grade ‘A’, complete all as specified & directed.

Metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing PCC/ bituminous surfaces of road and making 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc, and the like not less than 10cm width/girth on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with specifal applicator machine all as per manufacturer's instruction including cleaning the surface by removing all dirt, dust & all other forein matters, demarcation at site and traffic control, complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone Size(300mmx300x150mm) of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required including demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness below or above ground level complete.
