2: - (Q) Earthing Earthing with tinned copper earth plate 600 mm x 600 mm x 3 mm thick including accessories and providing masonry enclosures with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. ( but without charcoal or coke and salt ) comlete as equired. 31.22(iv)

: - Extra for charcoal or coke and salt for G.I. Plate or copper plate earth electrode. 31.22(v)

: - Pdg. and fixing 25 mm x 5 mm copper strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode as required . 31.22(x)

4: - Supply and erection of suitable compression type brass cable glands for underground Cable. 120 Sqmm to 185 Sqmm Cable 3 to 3.5 Core 31.28 (v)

5: - (v)Pedestal . Supply and erection of Godrej Almirah typeM.S.pedestal made of 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm angle iron frame with 3.00 mm thick M.S.sheet covering including shutters with suitable hinges and locking arrangement with Godrej type handle including round bars . The top covering should have downward overhang of 75 mm on all sides of pedestal , having two sets of water proof ventilation holes of suitable size on the sides , at top and bottom , each set containing four Nos. holes to discharge the heat produced by the current . The shutters fixed with rubber gasket of superior quality and of suitable size to make it water proof . The pedestal duly painted both inside and outside with two coats of approved paint and primary coat and its legs are embeded upto the entire depth in 1:2:4 cement concrete block , projected 75 mm all around the pedestal and and 200 mm above the ground level including the cost of all labour and material required to complete the job in all respect upto the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge of the work:- M.S.pedestal of size 600 mm wide , 750 mm high ,300 mm deep and bottom totally open , duly embeded in cement concrete block of size 750 mm x 450 mm x 200 mm above ground level duly plastered with 12 mm thick 1:4 cement plaster , having a base of size 900 mm x 600 mm x 250 mm below ground level. 31.33 (i)

6: - (X) Miscellaneous . Supply and erection of aluminium lugs heavy duty including crimping etc. upto the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge of the work. 95 sqmm . 31.35 (ix) (I)

7: - Supply and fixing of rotary handle for on / off operation of existing MCCB in the LT panel including fixing the same in position with all labour and material required to complete the job in all respect. (ii)Rotary handle above 125 A, MCCB 31.66

8: - Supply and erection of heat shrinkage type end termination jointing kit indoor type of suitable to accommodate 3 core 11 KV XLPE aluminum cable/ ABC cable complete with all the kit contents including earth continuing connection along with 3 nos. crimpling type aluminum lugs of suitable capacity including making joining etc complete in all respect. i Suitable for 16 to 50 sqmm 3 core XLPE Cable 31.72

9: - Supply and erection of heat shrinkage type end termination jointing kit outdoor type of suitable to accommodate 3 core 11 KV XLPE aluminum cable/ ABC cable complete with all the kit contents including earth continuing connection along with 3 nos. crimpling type aluminum lugs of suitable capacity including making joining etc complete in all respect. i Suitable for 16 to 50 sqmm 3 core XLPE Cable 31.73

10: - SITC of 250 A VCB Panel (Incomer cum Outgoing) with copper bus bar (Make CG) complete in all respect upto the entire satisfaction fo Engineer- in Charge of work. Make - Crompton, ABB, Siemens. NS-1

11: - Supply & erection of enclosure for MCCB 300 to 400Amp. Make Indo ashian complete with labour and material required to complete the job in all respect upto the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge of work ( Havelles, HPL & Standard). NS-2

12: - Supply & Erection of rubber mat of size 1Mx2 M X 12mm thick suitable for 11 KV ISI marked complete in all respect upto the entire satisfaction of the engineer In-charge of the work. NS-3
