PROVISION OF WALL TILES,STONE SLABS AND SS RAILING OVER RETAINING WALL AT A SECTOR ,PATH AND ARBORICULTURE WORKS AT DOLPHIN HILL,VISAKHPATNAM

SCH 'A' PART-I

M & L for full body vitrified designed tiles, light shade coloured,joint free, premium quality,7 to 8 mm thick, (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exc 0.36 sqm (Size- 600x300 mm) as in vertical surfaces such as skirting,dado etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over backing coat of 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Granite Stone Slabs of 18 to 20 mm thick as in floors, Treads of Steps, Window Cills, Cooking Platform etc., and the like with machine cut edges, Table rubbed and prepolished to smooth mirror finish all to required sizes, granite stone slabs shall be of design / pattern as directed, including inlays, borders, margins in two or more colours/shades, designs/ patterns of stone slabs, set and bedded with grey cement [slurry] and jointed and pointed flush using polymer based cementitious tiling joint filler to match the shade of the Granite Slabs including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and getting out in soft/ disintegrated rock complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channel, drains etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4), type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement plaster 1:4, with Neeru finish to plastering as specified completed all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm as in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil of distance exc 1.5 Km but not exc 5 Km ot of defence land and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 meter above the starting point complete all as specified and directed..
