Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specifed & directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position complete all as specifed & directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position complete all as specifed & directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates any description complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type complete all as specifed & directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section including taking out embedded portion in natural ground and making good disturbed ground complete all as specifed & directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out in any type of soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (SOIL) to distance not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as specifed & directed.

M&L factory made precast PCC kerb stone made of cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0, (using 12.50 mm Graded stone aggregate) slightly rounded or chamfered of required size and thickness setting in cement mortar (1:6), incl necessary earth work for embedding position tamping ground around blocks and removal of rubbish / surplus soil etc complete all as specifed & directed. Note:- Precast concrete kerb stone shall be procured from approved manufacturer as approved by AGE(I).

All as per item no-09 above but except Kerb stones complete all as specifed & directed.

M&L Providing precast cement concrete 50mm thick (measured solid) 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate) louvres and jallies, including all mouldings and set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specifed & directed.Note:- Precast Jalies RCC jalies shall be procured from approved manufacturer as approved by AGE(I).

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate) in beams / lintels over 1.5 m span complete all as specifed & directed.

Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work;not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) complete all as specifed & directed.

M&L brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:4 including demoletion of old brick work/brick bats complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 15 above but except bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing reinforced cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) in precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc. for fencing, average sectional area exc 100 sqcm and n exc 100 sq. cm, with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops as directed and fixed. complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of mild steel work as in, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe – 290 Gde E -165 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square head at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed ends to be fitted with washer and one hexagonal or square nut, exc. 5 cm and not exc. 10 cm long dia of neck 11 to 15 mm, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for mild steel round bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for securing chain link fencing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel TMT round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length , bent to shape required, including cranking , binding spirally for hooping end and bending with and including mild steel wire not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel TMT round bars 6 mm to 8 mm dia bar, cut to length , bent to shape required, including cranking , binding spirally for hooping end and bending with and including mild steel wire not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, door chowkats of angle or other section and similar works complete of Gde Fe-290 Gde E-165 including welding etc complete all as specified and directed.

M& L fixed in repairs Mild steel, plain, black sheet 1.25 mm thick in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws,clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh size and type to any type of standards rails, straining bolts, etc. including provn of galvanised mild steel binding wire of 0.9mm dia annealed complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing any size or type complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Chain link fencing will be procured from approved manufacturers as approved by AGE(I) and contractor shall qoute the rates for galvanised wire(as per IS) of chain link fencing

S&F in repair galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc as complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Each line of horizontal / vertical / diagonal wire to be measured for the purpose of payment.Note:-barbed wire will be procured from approved manufacturers as approved by AGE(I) and contractor shall qoute the rates for galvanised wire(as per IS) of barbed wire

Restraining resecuring including making good staples etc galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc as complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Each line of horizontal / vertical / diagonal wire to be measured for the purpose of payment.

S&F framed work as in doors and gate of angle and other section and other similar works complete, conforming to Fe-410 Gde E-250 and complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for MS Guzen pin for hanging gate welded to MS angle iron complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation or sub base floor of path/ hardstanding complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor, finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement laid in panel of size n exe 2.0 sqm each including 22 mm wide and 1.5 mm thick plastic dividing strips inserted in position and making impresson of expended metal whilst the concrete is green complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rubber moulded factory made machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block (ISI Marked) any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness , M-40 grade (ISI Marked), set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement & pigments complete including 25 mm thick sand cushioning for laying of inter locking tiles (paving blocks) all as specified and directed.

M&L Chequered cement concrete tiles(ISI MARKED) of size 30cmx30cm x25mm thick with rubberised polish , set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (20mm thick graded stone agg) as in hold fast, coping, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint of approved shade on walls over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces after complete removal of existinting treatment and applying two coats of cement base paint of approved shade on walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparation newly steel surfaces exc. 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enemelled paint over a red oxide primer including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparation of newly previously untreated concrete surface of any descroption surfaces exc. 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enemelled paint any tint over a coat of primer including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Painting work will be carried out in a pattern as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) 75 mm thick as in plinth protection surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement including 12 mm thick joint up to full thickness and filled with pre-formed bitiuminous fillar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in edges of path/ hardstanding/ benching / covered fillets etc rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1(using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removal of vegitation growth and bushes etc n.exc. 30cm girth including cutting of trunk portion, protruding over ground, digging out roots, filling holes and leveling off ground, stacking of serviceable material and removing of unserviceable material to a distance n exc. 50m and clearing the site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete Type B-1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate)as in cover slabs (for manholes, drains etc.) of any size and thickness as required Set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Reinforcement will be measured and paid saperately

S&F in repair 100 mm cast iron spun soil waste & vent pipes in any length with or without ears, with cement joints, laid in trenches or in floors.(ISI Marked only) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 75 mm cast iron spun soil waste & vent pipes in any length with or without ears, with cement joints, laid in trenches or in floors.(ISI Marked only) complete all as specified and directed.
