Material and labour for servicing of solenoid valve of 25/10mm, 230V AC i.e. dismantling cleaning greasing to wear and tear and reinstallation of all sizes of solenoid valves complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 24 V DC operated 5 relay card used as water level controller on the place of existing 5 relay WLC card complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make: L&T/ABB/Omron/Schneider/Siemens/Kirloskar or equivalent as approved by GE.

Material and labour for 24 V DC operated 10 relay card used as water level controller on the place of existing 10 relay WLC card complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make: L&T/ABB/Omron/Schneider/Siemens/Kirloskar or equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply and fix push button with LED indicator having 230V AC input supply and colour red and green complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make: L&T/Siemens/C&S Electric or equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply and fix two way solenoid valve of 25mm line size, 230 V AC operated for pump priming complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make: Avcon/ASCO/Rotex/Jhonson Controls or equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply and fix two way solenoid valve of 10mm line size, 230 V AC operated for air releasing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make: Avcon/ASCO/Rotex/Jhonson Controls or equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply and fix solenoid valve coil for 25mm valve size complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make: Avcon/ASCO/Rotex/Jhonson Controls or equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply and fix solenoid valve coil for 10mm valve size complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make: Avcon/ASCO/Rotex/Jhonson Controls or equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply and fix rustproof magnetic level switch complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make:Crystal/Mahalaxmi/RDS or equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply and fix of electric motor 230V AC operated and suitable for 50mm/80mm line size actuators complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. ake: Emtork/L&T/Schneider/Siemens or equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 50 mm dia, single phase, Motor Actuated Butterfly valve with disc material of CI with nylon coating, hand wheel for manual operation and having 02 Nos limit switches for Open / Close condition, valve position indicator (Mounting Type : Direct or Extended type) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make: CRAWLEY/LEADER/INTERVALVE/AUDCO or equivalent as approved by GE.

M&L for repair and maintenance of MIMIC panel with RS232 to RS422/485 converter including all necessary spares require to make MIMIC panel fully functional complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix 0.5 sqmm X 5 Pair armoured copper cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make: Polycab/Finolex/FSC or equivalent as approved by GE. Note: Earthwork/DWC pipe required at site shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

Material and labour for splicing of optical fibre cable with proper enclosure and ferruling complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 6F HDPE sheathed armoured uni-tube SM optical fibre cable with central loose tube with jelly compound and high-quality electro chromium coated corrugated steel type drawn through and including PLP (Permanently Lubricant High-Density Polyethylene) laying on PLB HDPE duct with following specifications complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge: - (a) Outside dia - 40mm + 0.4mm (b) Wall thickness - 3.5mm (+ 0.2mm / 0.00mm) (c) Thickness of permanent lubricant more than 0.4mm splicing and terminating as specified. Note: Earthwork/DWC pipe required at site shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item. Make: Polycab/Delton/Havells or equivalent as approved by GE.

Excavation in trenches for under ground cable n. exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil including forming bottom surfaces to required level complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate 100mm thick in cutted/dismantled portion of road/floor etc and making good after laying/passing the pipes/cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for taking down old rusty sheet metal enclosure of outdoor slave PLC panel and patch panel (includes media converter and patch cords, SMPS etc.) and replace the same size with new sheet metal enclosure with duly powder coated of 1.6mm thickness including necessary fabrication, welding on existing MS iron angle and sheet metal enclosure having approximate area of 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for painting the outer/inner surface of the SCADA panel incl angle iron channel etc of approx 25 Sqm area with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint after preparing the surface dust and oil free complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and laying HDPE DWC pipe 40mm for cable protection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make: Supreme/Finolex/Richo or equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply and fix with configuration of 6020 ethernet adaptor for static IP address for communication of PLC to SCADA complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix media converter for OFC to ethernet connection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make: TP Link/D-Link/Hanutech or equivalent as approved by GE. Note for item Nos 1 to 24:- All equipments and components, etc for item Nos 1 to 24 above shall be made in India only.
