Preparation and surface treatment of formation by removing mud and slurry, watering to the extent needed to maintain the desired moisture content, trimming to the required line, grade, profile and rolling with 8-10 t smooth wheeled roller, complete as per clause 310.

Construction of dry lean cement concrete Sub- base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600-1, cement content not to be less than 150 kg/ m3, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, laid with manual, compacting with 8-10 t vibratory roller, finishing and curing.

Construction of M40 Grade OPC @ 420 kg/m3 un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base in recommended proportions, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383:2016, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design transported to site, laid with screed vibrator, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures, steel channels, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing

Removing and shfting of damages precast slabs damaged paver blocks and other unwanted dismantled materials by using wheel mouted excavator and tipper, including cost of removing charges, transportation charges, lead upto 4KM, tools and plant and all other incidental charges complete as instucted by departement

Providing and laying in Cement Concrete for all Basement & surface level works, return walls, retaining walls, sunken floors etc. The granite/trap/ basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed with super plasticisers, laid in layers, well compacted using needle vibrators, providing weep holes wherever necessary, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, cost of centering, shuttering,labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing and all other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications.
