M&L for repairing machine pressed prercast concrete interlocking paver block of any shape and size confirming to IS 154658-2006 of 60mm thickness grade M-35 with grey cement and no pigment complete all spd and directed

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 as in subbase complete all as spd and directed

M&L for chequred cement concrete tiles 20cmX20cmX25mm thick set with grey and pigmentand pointed in cement slurry with pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chequred cement concrete tiles (Except tiles) 20cmX20cmX25mm thick set with grey and pigmentand pointed in cement slurry with pigment complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubish off the premises.

M&L screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick for laying floor finish and on surface of wallls behind tiles in CM (1:6) as specifed and directed.

M&L for demotion of concrete of any description and in any position not otherwsie spl provided for complete all as spd and directed

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in flooring, plinth, etc surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified & directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type C-1 (20mm aggregate) in lintels upto 1..5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in Item 04028, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded for chamfered angles and throating, as directing

S&F in repiars Bib taps long body, Chromium plated (fancy type), with crutch or butterfly handle screwed down, screwed for 15 mm bore iron pipe or brass ferrule , complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repairs 15 mm bore angle cock, Chromium plated (fancy type) with long shank and cup (concealed type) screwed down high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle heavy body with adjustable wall flange complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repiars pillar taps cast copper alloy with capstan head Chromium plated (fancy type), screwed down high pressure with or without lettered Hot or cold with long screwed shank and fly nuts screwed for 15mm bore iron pipe complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repairs PVC connections 45cm long 15 mm bore with two Nos brass check nut and washer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairss 20mm dia Ball PTMT valves, high pressure, with polyethylene float and fly nut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed fixed complete all as specified and directed

Disconneting the water supply to existing over head tank of capacity 500 ltr, washing, cleaning and removing scales, silt or dirt from the tank and refixing the same in position including washing internal surface of tank with the help of bleaching powder and also including necessary replcement of float valve, tee unit etc complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repairs cast iron body, door closer hydraulically regulated, designation No 3, universal type, suitable for door shutters complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repairs brass mortice lock of any size 4 levers complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repairs galvanized mild steel wire cloth 0.56 mm nominal dia of wire & average width of aperture 1.18 mm fixed with tinned tacks of galvanized wire staples complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for cleaning of P/S trap of WC/IWC etc. by removing all blockage of any description in any situation in the system, and removal of sludge in semi solid state or liquid state, by manually or by pressure pump including removal of sludge to a distance exc 1.5 Km but n.exc 2 Km out of MOD land and buried into ground by digging pits complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for cleaning of Nahani /floor trap of bath/Kitchen/Urinal/washbasin by removing all blockage of any description in any situation in the system complete by manually or by pressure pump including removal of sludge to a distance exc 1.5 Km but n.exc 2 Km out of MOD land and buried into ground by digging pits complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for cleaning of gully trap of Bath /Kitchen/Urinal/washbasin including small chamber for EWC and IWC by removing all blockage of any description in any situation in the system complete by manually or by pressure pump including removal of sludge to a distance exc 1.5 Km but n.exc 2 Km out of MOD land and buried into ground by digging pits complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for cleaning of downward pipe of any size and any description of Bath/Kitchen/Urinal/EWC/IWC/Rain water pipe by removing all blockage of any description in any situation in the system complete by manually or by pressure pump including removal of sludge to a distance exc 1.5 Km but n.exc 2 Km out of MOD land and buried into ground by digging pits complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for cleaning of sewage pipe line from gully trap to 1st manhole and then upto the final drop into the septic tanks and soak well/cess pool (except intermediate manholes) by removing all blockage of any description in any situation in the system complete any dia of pipe and any depth by rodding, manually or by using pressure pump completely and removal of sludge to a distance exc 1.5 Km and n.exc 2 Km out of MOD land complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for taking up existing cover of manholes of any type any size and any depth dewatering and cleaning of manholes by removing sludge in semi solid state or liquid state by manually or by pressure pump including removal of sludge to a distance exc 1.5 Km but n.exc 2 Km out of MOD land and burried into ground by digging pits of suitable sizes covering these pits with excavated earth properly as directed, and placing the covers of Manholes in position complete all as specified and directed. Notes :-(I) Excavation and earth work of pits as required at site in any type of soil, removal and placing of manhole /septic tank cover in same position and flushing of manholes,cleaning with clean water are deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor. (ii)Sale of waters from septic tank/soak well/manholes to nearby farmers is not permitted.

Puncturing existing sewage line of any dia and description for cleaning blockage including necessary repair & earth work complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone boulder masonery built in cement morter including all quoins,arches.pillars etc all as directed and as specified

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius using old size bricks built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 20mm graded aggregate as in surface channels, drains and any other location as spd by engg-in-charge.

M&L for demolition of cement concrete in position and of any description complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wallsetc inc racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as spd and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of of brick masonry /concrete surface on wall and finishing the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in landings, cover slabs (for manholes etc.), chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces including necessary form work, set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. (Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of schedule 'A').

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepration of old surafce of wall as applying one coat of lime wash complete all as specifed and directed.

Hacking out old broken glass any size thickness from steel frame including removing MS cleats punching or drilling out old glazing pins/springs etc all as specified.

S&F 3mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality glazing with oil putty or fixed with wooden beads in square nexc 0.50 sqm each pane

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (SGSW, AC or reinforced concrete) 150 mm bore set in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for concrete bed, PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for 150 mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 150 mm internal dia of pipe salt glazed stoneware drain pipes, grade 'A' laid in trenches and jointed in cement & sand mortar 1:1, and testing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 75 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing 50mm thick sand cushion beneath interlocking paver block inc watering and consolidation.

Note :-Tenderers may be noted that amount of credit will be deducted from the total amount arrived, at the time of Acceptance of contract.
