Renovation of Auditors Room at old Transport Section

PART-A (CIVIL WORKS)

Providing & fixing premium quality Vitrified tiles (Double Charged) of size 600x600x10mm in floors with water absorbtion less than 0.08% and conforming to IS 15622, of approved make KAJARIA in all colours and shades laid on 20mm thick cement/ pigment of MYK Laticrete/Saint gobian or its equivalent material to maintain the level including grouting the joints with white cement & matching pigments etc., and all materials complete all as directed. (Rate includes hacking of existing floor and removal of door shutters, re-size and same shall be fixed in position)

Apply two (2) Coats of Premium quality Acrylic Interior Emulsion of required shade to wall surfaces from approved brands Asian paints (Royale Shine), Berger (Silky Luxury) as specified by Engineer-incharge including necessary scaffolding etc., complete all as directed.

Apply two coats of premium quality weather proofing arcylic Exterior emulsion paint over a one coat of primer, reqired shade to wall surfaces from approved brands Asian paints (apex ultima), Berger (All guard) where ever specified by Engineer including necessary scaffolding etc., complete. (Item includes Scrapping and cleaning of old paint surface before painting by mechanically (buffing machine) etc., )

Providing two(2) coats of synthetic enamel paint for doors and windows etc., (after removing the rust by using wire brush or sand paper if required) of approved brand (Asian / Berger / Nerolac) including filling gaps with putty and prime coat complete all as directed

Applying two coats of Putty of approved brands Birla / JK to internal wall surfaces including applying suitable primer on old wall surface. Putty shall be finished till a smooth and even surface is achieved. (Item includes Scrapping and cleaning of old paint surface before painting by mechanically (buffing machine) etc., )

Supply of 110 mm dia UPVC rain water downtake pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, jointing with seal ring conforming to IS: 5382, including fixing of clamps, bends, shoes (Sudhakar / supreme/ prince make) and removing of old pipe line and handover to disposal section etc., complete

Providing 12 mm thick plaster with CM (1:5) to walls at all heights and ceilings, beams, Stair-case soffits, lintel soffits, projections, narrow bands, dummy columns etc., including cost of all materials, tools, plant and labour, scaffolding arrangements and curing all as per specifications and directions of the engineer.

Providing and fixing false ceiling with 6 mm thick cement board false ceiling tiles (Bison / V- Board) of Size 600 x 600 mm of approved texture, design and patterns, to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on inter-locking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanised powder coated iron section of 0.33mm thick (galvanized @ 120 grams per sqm including both sides) comprising of main-T runners of size 24x38 mm of length 3000 mm,cross - T of size 24x32 mm of length 1200 mm and secondary intermediate cross-T of size 24x32 mm of length 600mm to formgrid module of size 600 x 600 mm, suspended from ceiling using galvanised mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grams per sqm) i.e. 12x50 mm long dash fasteners, 6 mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000 mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 76x25x25x1.6 mm fixed with grid and Z cleat of size 25x37x25x1.6mm thick with precut hole on both 25mm flange to pierce into 12x50mm or even bigger size dash fastener if require, fixed with Glavanised iron perimeter wall angle or size 24x24x0.40 mm of length 3000 mm to be fixed on periphey wall / partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 50mm center to center and 40 mm long dry wall S.S screws. The workshall be carried out as per specifications complete all as directed.

Supply & Fix the fabric vertical venetian blinds of approved make Jacobs / Vista including connected extruded aluminium head rails and all accessories etc., complete all as directed.

Supply and Providing Brush bond/Nitto Bond SBR / Nitto Bond AR of Fosroc make as per manufacturer instructions and suggested mix proportions at required places as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Cutting of trunks and branches of trees upto 600 mm girth and disposal of unserviceable material to out side the HSL premises.

Drilling of 12mm to 20mm dia, 200mm deep holes into the stone masonry wall / RCC structures / Slab etc., using mechanically operated hammer drilled diamond core cutting machine including grouting LOCK FIX or FOSROC make or its equivalent complete all as directed.

Providing RCC sunshade with 1:2:4 (20mm grade) including necessary shuttering, cement, labour etc., complete all as directed.

Construction of Brick wall with good quality modular bricks of class designation 12.5 with CM 1:6 including cost of Cement (PPC-Ramco, ACC, Ultratech, Nagarjuna & Jaypee) Complete .

Disposal of debris, by Mechanical means to a lead of 3KM to outside the yard, complete all as directed

PART-B (ELECTRICAL WORKS):

Concealed PVC conduit wiring with 3 runs of 1.5 sq.mm FRLSH PVC flexible copper cable for One point controlled by one switch as directed (It includes finishing with CM 1:5 and surface to match with the existing surface).

Concealed PVC conduit wiring with 3 runs of 2.5 sq.mm FRLSH PVC flexible copper cable for switch sockets as directed (It includes finishing with CM 1:5 and surface to match with the existing surface).

Concealed PVC conduit wiring with 3 runs of 4 sq.mm FRLSH PVC flexible copper cable for AC units, Oven and Refrigerators (It includes finishing with CM 1:5 and surface to match with the existing surface).

Supply, fix, test & commissioning of 3 modular type switch board with 01no. 16A (3+2 pin) modular socket and switch.

Supply, fix, test & commissioning of switch board with 5A 3-pin modular sockets & switches as directed by engineer in-charge.

Supply, fix, test & commissioning of 8 modular type switch board with 03nos. 3pin 5A modular socket with 02nos. switches as directed by engineer in-charge.

Supply, fix, test & Commissioning of 20A DP MCB DB & 16A Socket with enclosure for AC units as directed by engineer in-charge.

Supply, fix, test and commissioning of 2X2, 36 / 39 Watt ceiling mounted White LED fixture with all accessories (Approved make Wipro/ Jaquar/ philips/ CG/ Havells or Equivalent)

Supply, fix, test & commissioning of 1phase, 240V, 400 mm sweep wall mounted fan as directed by engineer in-charge.

Supply, install, test and commissioning of 5 Star rated, inverter type, 2.0T Split AC unit (Cu. Condenser) with Stabilizer, Power cable, 3Mtr. Cu Pipe, Stand for Outdoor unit, remote etc. Recommended makes: Bluestar, Voltas, Carrier

Removal of all existing wiring material, Switch Boards, fittings, cables, electrical panels, equipment etc. and handover to Plant Maintenance Dept.
