Crude Tickle Storage Tank (F-1217) ------------------------------------------------- Portions that require surface finishing & painting: All external surfaces of pressure vessel. Shell ID – 3660 mm Overall length of the equipment – 9.5 m (Approximately) Total Area – 150 sq.m (Approximately) Drawing No: 1515607 Painting Requirement : Two coats each of high build epoxy primer & paint (total four coats ) after surface preparation by grit blasting. Entire works shall be done as per special conditions of contract, general conditions of contract and as per the instructions of engineer-in-charge.
Tickle condenser – E 1309/1310 --------------------------------------------- Portions that require surface finishing & painting: All external surfaces of shell & tube side fluid contact portions of tube-sheet. Shell ID: 492 mm Length of Assembly : 2.432 mm Total Area : 10 sq.m (Approximately) Painting Requirement : One coat of red oxide zinc phosphate primer after surface preparation by grit blasting. Entire works shall be done as per special conditions of contract, general conditions of contract and as per instructions of engineer-in-charge.
Supply of thinner for epoxy zinc phosphate primer. Thinner supplied shall be of Berger make.
