Installation, Testing & Commissioning for 8.5 TR Capacity Air cooled ductable Split Air Conditioner complete with refrigerant etc. as required including necessary fabrication of MS Structural Work with Anti-vibrational rubber pad and proper anti-corrosive paint, MS cover & other necessary accessories for safety/security purpose upto the satisfaction of EIC.

Installation, Testing & Commissioning for 4 TR Capacity Air cooled ductable Split Air Conditioner complete with refrigerant etc. as required including necessary fabrication of MS Structural Work with Anti-vibrational rubber pad and proper anti-corrosive paint, MS cover & other necessary accessories for safety/security purpose upto the satisfaction of EIC.

Dismantling Item

Dismantling including shifting for existing Ceiling Suspended Cassette Type Air-conditioner complete including transportation of AC unit (indoor & outdoor) & other necessary accessories upto AAI Store as per the direction of EIC.

Dismantling including shifting for existing Ductable Air-conditioner complete including transportation of AC unit (indoor & outdoor) & other necessary accessories upto AAI Store as per the direction of EIC.

Dismantling including shifting for existing Split/under-ceiling Air-conditioner complete including transportation of AC unit (indoor & outdoor) & other necessary accessories upto AAI Store as per the direction of EIC.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning

Supply Installation and Testing of Refrigerant Copper pipe (1-1/8" & 1/2" dia) with 19 mm thick closed cell elastomeric nitrile rubber tubular insulation between each set of indoor & outdoor units pipeline, complete with Supports Hanger etc. as required for installation of above AC's complete as per direction and complete satisfaction of EIC.

Supply Installation and Testing of Refrigerant Copper pipe (5/8" & 3/8" dia) with 13 mm thick closed cell elastomeric nitrile rubber tubular insulation between each set of indoor & outdoor units pipeline, complete with Supports Hanger etc. required for installation of above AC's complete as per direction and complete satisfaction of EIC.

Supply & laying of control cum transmission wiring with FRLS PVC insulated Copper conductor of 6 core x 2.5 sq. mm conductor cable for interconnection of indoor and outdoor units with necessary clamping in metal surface etc. as per direction and complete satisfaction of EIC.

Supply & laying of control cum transmission wiring with FRLS PVC insulated Copper conductor of 4 core x 2.5 sq mm conductor cable for interconnection of indoor and outdoor units with necessary clamping etc. in metal surface as per direction and complete satisfaction of EIC.

Supply of 4 core X 16 Sq mm Copper Conductor XLPE Insulated, Cores Laid Up, PVC Inner sheathed Strip Armoured, Extruded PVC Type ST2 Outer Sheathed 1100V Grade Power Cable as per IS 7098 (Part 1) 1988 with upto date Amendments complete etc. as required.

Laying of armoured Copper 4 core x 16 sq. mm conductor cable with necessary clamping etc. in metal surface/wall surface etc. as per direction and complete satisfaction of EIC.

Laying of armoured Copper 4 core x 16 sq. mm conductor cable with necessary clamping etc. on existing cable tray as per direction and complete satisfaction of EIC.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland aluminium lugs for following size 4 X 16 sq. mm of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Providing and fixing fire retardant nonporous double layer flexible canvas connection for ductable split ACs as per site complete etc. as per direction and complete satisfaction of EIC.

Providing and fixing 20 mm thick Polyisocyanurate Rigid Foam insulated ducting sheet with 80-80 micron embossed Aluminium (with anti-microbial, anti-fungal properties, anti-dust, UV protection coating) on both side with standard accessories for ductable split ACs complete as required .

Supply, Installation and Testing of rigid PVC Drain Piping complete with fittings, supports including fixing in MS Structure as per specifications and duly insulated with 6 mm thick closed cell nitrile rubber insulation.
