Supply and laying of un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover ,class HV, type-1 size 300X180X40mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay bricks, common burnt clay, sub class "B', old size, laid in vertical direction to cable as cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour of PCC 1:4:8 Type D-2 using 40 mm graded aggregate for bottom of Pit for bed concrete below base plat of steel tubular poles including necessary frame work and finishing the exposed surface even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed at site by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour of PCC 1:3:6 (nominal mix) type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour of PCC 1:2:4 Type B-1 using 20 mm graded aggregate for coping of poles including necessary farm work and finishing the exposed surface even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed at site.

Supply, fix and erection of steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts,nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-31, 09 meter long, providing synthetic enamel aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide and black and white strips with synthetic enamel paint 30 cm each alternatively upto 1.5 mtr including 2 bands of radium tape of 2' width green & red colour above the coping of pole starting with black strip complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note (i) Earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid seperately. (ii) Street light pole No 1 to 06 will be printed on each pole without any extra cost with hole in poles for passing 3 core PVC cable for Street lights

Supply, fixing and transportation upto site of work and erection of Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-55 (11.0 metres long) and including marking alternate 05 Nos white and black strip 30cm height with two coats of synthetic enamel paint and 2 bands of radium tape of 2" width green & red colour complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note Earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid seperately

Supplying and laying, connecting & testing of XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (Heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 Volts grade, cross sectional area 95 Sqmm 3 core, suitable for 11 KV earthed system confirming to IS 7098 Part - 2 for insulation and for conductors Class 2 to IS 8130 - 84, in trenches, floors, ducts passing through pipe for road crossing etc, complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Excavation, earth work, brick protection, sand cushioning and GI pipe etc shall be measured & paid for separately).

Supply and fixing, laying, connecting and testing in XPLE armoured cable underground insulated and overall sheathed with aluminium conductor of size 150 Sqmm 3.5 core heavy duty 1100 volts grade laid in trenches/ on poles/ road crossing or passing through existing/new pipe under road crossing, clamping on wall etc. Note : (i) Earth work, sand, brick, removing, returning filling will be paid seperately. (ii) Cost of laying electrical cable through new/existing pipe under road, buildings, railway tracks, highways are incl in the quoted rates. (iii) All equipments , machinery or tools if required for laying electrical cable through new/existing pipes are provided by the contractor without any extra cost.

Supply, Installationg, testing and commissioning of air breaker gang operated device triple pole switch ( GOD) outdoor type, vertical mounting type of capacity 200 Amp with drop out fuse consisting 12 insulators ISI marked mechanically operated mounted on insulator and frame work with operating GI rods and mechanical work from ground level with 02 Nos clamp hook for protection of operating GI pipe including locking arrangement including Godrej pad lock with two keys complete with fuse carried and HT fuse element having upto 200 Amp rating suitable for HT 11 KV 50 HZ AC supply including necessary electric connection complete all as specified and directed .

Supply & Fixing of bracket made out of GI tubing single piece bended at proper angle of size 40mm dia, light grade 1.5 mtr long including painting with aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer to the bracket of street light fitting all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fixing of MS clamp suitable for holding street light bracket on steel/PCC pole made out of 40 mm x6 mm thick flat iron with M.S nuts bolts 50 mm long 10 mm dia -3 Nos with flat washer 3mm thick -02 No for each including painting with aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer to the M.S clamps complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing of Automatic Street Light Control Switch with Infrared Sensor based NATURE SWITCH & Voltage Monitoring System (VMS). Three phase, 25 Amps per phase, MCB rating 32Amp, max load 8-12 kw incl circuit copper wire 10 sq.mm. Nature Switch operation should be based on Natural Light Lux level. Required Illuminance Level for Switching ON is ≤ 60 Lux and for switching OFF ≥ 10 Lux. The Sensor should also have part night operation facility of min. 4 to max. 12 hrs. VMS should have Adjustable Over & Under Voltage Trip level and Protection against Phase Loss, Neutral Loss & Phase Reverse. Supply and fixing of off load change over switch with sheet steel Enclosure 415 V, 4 pole, 160 Amps capacity fixed on walls/MS frame/pole/LT panel for electric supply distribution between main and DG set incl necessary connection of cable from LT panels to change over switches complete all as specified and as directed.

supply and fixing of Retro reflective sign board print both side of size 600 mm x 750 mm made of ACP sheet of 3mm thick ACP sheet shall be fixed on MS frame with legs of MS angle section 35mm X 35mm X 5mm grouted in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1, 800mm above the ground level and 600mm below the ground level. The background of board to be provided with red colour, letters and border with white retro reflective tape. Same description shall be mentioned on both sides of ACP sheet complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- (i) Excavation, earth work, PCC, nuts, bolts, fasners, paint on MS frame and legs shall be included in quoted rates by contractor. (ii) The size of letters and description shall be all as per sample approved by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix of sheet metal enclosure Vertical triple pole & neutral (VTPN) with MCCB TPN 125 Amp for 415 volts 4 way with 200 Amp rated bus bar flush /surface mounting double door duly grouted in solid block wall or on wooden board in and including lugs/thimbles duly crimped for connection including making smooth the disturbed surface with PCC 1:3:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix of MCB SP 6-32 Amps, 240 volt,10 KA 'C' curve complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket 20 Amp complete with and including one single pole MCB. 20 Amp complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of sub main wiring with two run of 6 sqmm PVC insulated , unsheathed cable FRLS-H,1100 volt grade ISI marked multi stranded copper conductor with one run of 6 sqmm PVC insulated , unsheathed cable FRLS-H, 1100 volt grade ISI marked multi stranded copper conductor connected to common earth dolly including capping & casing or concealed on wall/ceiling in PVC conduit medium grade not less than 25 mm dia ISI marked of adequate size for housing the wires complete all as specified . Material and labour for mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, but lenth of bolt exc 5cm and n exc 10 cm long and diameter of neck 10mm complete all as specified and directed.
