Material and labour for Providing Cement Concrete 1:2:4 Type B1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses,lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height,copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs , water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating all as specified and as directed by the Engineer -in-Charge.

Material and labour for RCC nominal mix 1:1.5:3 type B1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) slab supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like etc complete all as specified and as directed by the engineer-in- charge.

Material and labour for TMT bars 10 mm dia and over and cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and incl MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in- charge.

All as per Item No 09 herein before but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Formwork to soffits of suspended flat slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, shelves, landings and similar work, not exceeding 200mm thick (horizontal or slopping) rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs not exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/ PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 10cm but n exc 20cm wide rough finished concrete surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for Pre-cast cement concrete 1:3:6 Type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate building block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar,complete in walls set in CM 1:4 all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Rendering 10 mm thick cement mortar 1:6 on brick or concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Rendering 8mm thick in CM 1:4 over 12mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even & fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Preparing new surfaces of plaster or unplastered new surfaces of walls by applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer and one coat of birla white putty complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Preparing new surfaces of plaster or unplastered surfaces of walls by applying base coat and applying two coats of Apex ultima advanced anti algai exterior emulsion over a coat of smart care primer ( primer cum sealer) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply and fix Second class hardwood plain, solid , straight, chowkhat and frames, wrought, frames rebated on the solid rounded or chamfered put together with glue pinned at joints including tarring coat of black japan paint for chowkats all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply and fix 35 mm thick plain, framed, panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm BWP commercial ply or 12mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply and fix Solid PVC door frame of size 50x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, supplying & fixing in opening as per specification complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply and fix Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails, M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail,; Paneling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded/ sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, supplying & fixing in the frame at site as per specification complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply and fix Aluminum section, powder coated 50 microns window shutters with frame bottom top end side track shutter inter lock, top and bottom shutter runner for 5mm thick plain glass fitted with rubber & aluminium anodised section snap beading including necessary joining cleats glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing builders hardware complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Anodised Aluminium frame powder coated for ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Anodised aluminium powder coated ventilator shutters, side hung type without sash bars, aluminium sections weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150mm long (1 No). hinges type B-21 100mm long (2 No) suitable handle (1 No) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Aluminium powder coated deco grill 50mm aperature, made out of 7.50mm plate and finished grill will have 7.5mm width and 6mm thick with rubber beading & hooks etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix 4mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square n.exc 0.50 sqm each pane all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Anodised aluminium frame , powder coated 50 micron for doors/ partition with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix 5.5mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square exc 0.50 sqm each pane all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Anodized aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling all as specified including GI hangers 6 mm dia (upto 1200 mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slab by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40 x 3 mm size 60 mm long and expansion hold fasterners 12.5mm dia 40mm long complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 12mm thick Perforated particle board/ tiles for insulation and accoustic purposes,60x60 cm in size, fixed with nails to Aluminium framework or with staples on snap grid complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Preparing Perforated particle board ceiling surfaces by applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Aluminium door frame with fixed partition, size of frame 100mmx45mm and door shutter having style, top, bottom and middle rails not less than 114mmx45mm of aluminium sheet 3mm thick including anodized aluminium snap beading of size 10mmx10mm sheet glass 5mm thick in upper panels and PVC sheet 12mm thick in bottom panels (for fixed partition and doors) alongwith locking device ,hinges, aluminium handels, tower bolts and floor spring, necessary jointing cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, screws, etc. complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix 300mm Aluminium alloy, anodised, sliding door bolt with hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections or cast-aluminium alloy all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix 250mm long aluminium alloy, anodized, sliding door bolt plate with hasp and staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections or cast aluminium alloy complete all as specified and as directd by Engineer In Charge.

Supply and fix 100mm size butt hinges medium weight cold rolled mild steel all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Mild steel flat iron of size 25 x 3mm as in hold fast for fixing door frame etc and other similar small articles conforming to Fe-290-0 or Gde-E-165 all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for embeding of hold fast etc.including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix 25 mm dia powder coated fancy type aluminium curtain road with end brackets/finials as approved by GE all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Preparation of new or previously untreated wooden surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality) over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavating in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m depth for foundations etc or for shafts wells cespits, manholes, pier holes etc n.exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning filling in layers including leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Surface excavation n exc 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep getting out in soft/loose soil all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Hardcore of guage not exc 63 mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exc 15cm thick watered and rammed two a true surface of broken stone or boulders all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 type D2 ,75 mm thick using 40mm graded stone aggregete as in foundation , filling and mass concrete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B1 ,50 mm thick using 20mm graded stone aggregete to receive the top layer of tiles all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix 48 mm wide, 3 mm thick glass dividing strips inserted in position to confirm to design all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, including brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0kg of cement per Sqm complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Acid resistant tiles 15mm thick vitreous ceramic, unglazed, set,jointed and pointed in chemical resistant mortar, resin type, in floors fixed with neat cement slurry on flooring jointing white/ coloured cement to match over and including 15mm screed bed in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Item No 56 herein before but in skirting and 10mm thick rendering as backing coat of CM 1:4.

Material and labour for Nonskid ceramic joint free coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match incl 15mm thick bedding layer CM 1:6 in roughening of old concrete floor surfaces by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust incl brushing neat cement slurry with 3 kg/sqm complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Item No 58 herein before but in skirting including 10mm thick rendering as backing coat of CM 1:4.

Material and labour for Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B1 ,25 mm thick using 20mm graded stone aggregete to receive the top layer of tiles all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surfaces 350x250x7mm /450x350x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match including 10mm thick plaster in CM (1:6) on brick or concrete wall surfaces finished even and rough to receive tiles all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Chequered cement concrete tiles 30 cm x 30 cm x 20 to 22 mm thick set with grey cement and pigments jointed and pointed in neat coloured cement slurry in floors over and including 15 mm thick cement screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and laying CPVC pipe SDR 11 having outer dia 40mm with plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings, such as bends, elbows, unions and end pieces to receive the fittings and fixed with solvent in walls/ ceilings ( Concealed/Surface) or laying in floor complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Cement concrete in post holes foundation fillings and mass concreting PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix MS post and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed drilling holes, notching for wire etc. Flat iron fillets ( for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling bolting or revetting etc and similar work confirm to Fe 290Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Mild steel work as in roof purlines, crane gantries, rails, ceiling frame work, wind ties etc. and fastenings and heavy brackets framing (Tee, angles channels or MS plate or flat sections including distance pieces and cleats etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick, of any colour, having tensile strength of 550 MPa as in roof fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Expanded metal not exc 4 kg/sqm, cut to length bent to shape required and tying with & including annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm or fixing with galvanized steep staples fixed to wooden or steel members complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Preparation of new steel surface of any description not exc 10 cm in width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in different tint and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Preparation of old decorated surfaces of ceilings, washing rubbing down and stooping of distempered and painted surfaces and applying one coat of white wash all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls, washing rubbing down and stooping of distempered and painted surfaces and applying one coat of oil bound distemper all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
