M&L for B check general servicing by authorised rep of manufacturer of DG set of capacity upto 125 KVA, replacement of oil filter, fuel filter, air filter, by pass filter cleaning of radiator with chemical after draining out engine/ lubrication oil, coolant flushing and cleaning of oil chamber after opening of tappet cover/ top cover tappet clearence setting with injector timing adjustment reaffixing of tappet/ top cover including replacement of tappet cover packing set, bonding and leak proof sollution, oil pan/ chamber gasket at the servicing and other work comes under B Check service as mentioned in B Check by the manufacturer all as speciied and as directed. M&L for Spray painting of diesel generating set of capacity 100 KVA to 200 KVA with accostic enclosure/ open type by applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint body colour shall be apple green,black for foundation base frame, red for all guards complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Spray painting of diesel generating set of capacity 250 KVA with accostic enclosure by applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, body colour shall be apple green,black for foundation base frame, red for all guards complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Spray painting of diesel generating set of capacity 300 KVA to 750 with accostic enclosure one coat of synthetic enamel paint, body colour shall be apple green,black for foundation base frame, red for all guards complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for servicing of AMF panel of any capacity/make, check all loose connections of end terminals, screws, nuts, bolts thimbles, clean all electric/electronic parts by using CRC spray, check contactors connections and its serviceability, check all relay setting of AMF panel and check all internal connections of AMF Panel and hinges and locking devices complete all as directed.

M&L alternator repair of any DG set of capacity 100 to 250 KVA DG set including rewinding and replacement of connected items items such as bearing,sleeves nut bolts ,coupling etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for lifting and shifting of 200 KVA DG set upto 50 mtr with safty and without any demage of DG set from existing PCC platform with the help of hydra/crane and taking out eletric connection, exhaust manifold earthing strip and 400 sqmm cable and shifting nearest location connecting cable 400 sqmm cable install thimble ,earthing , electrical connection and testing of DG set, restore eletric supply complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for lifting and shifting of 125 KVA DG set up to 50 mtr with safty and without any demage of DG set from existing PCC platform with the help of hydra/crane up to 50 mtr and taking out all electric connection , exhaust manifold, earthihing strip-03 nos and 240 sqmm cable and nearest shifting location connecting cable 240 sqmm cable install thimble ,earthing and testing of DG set restore eletric supply complete all as specified and directed NOTE :- (i) for item 62 ,63 During Lifting and shifting of DG set contractor is fully responsible for safty of DG set if any part damage the contractor must replace and repair demage part of DG set . (ii) The bidder is advised to visit the site to assess the quantum of work to be carried out in this contract and quote thier rates accordingly.

Disconnecting, taking out old unserviceable joints & Supplying, Fixing, Jointing & testing for provision of straight through joints, heat shrinkable epoxy tube with epoxy jointing materials suitable for XLPE LT Cable 1100 Volts grade, for size 240 to 400 sqmm 3.5 Core complete all as specified and directed.
