Preparation of structural design and drawings of following by conventional method as per relevant codes. The structural drawing shall be vetted from IIT or Govt. Engineering College. One set of structural drawing in hard and soft copy along with design calculation in hard copy shall be submitted to E2 Section of this office. Soil investigation report has to be collected from E2 Section of GE (AF) No 2 Jodhpur. Before final submission one copy on white paper shall also be submitted. (a) Construction of underground sump of 150000 gallons capacity as per Arch drawings.

(a) Construction of RCC overhead tank of 25000 gallons capacity with 21 meter staging height as per Arch drawings.

(b) Ditto all as per item No.2 above but construction of RCC overhead tank of 50000 gallons capacity with 21 meter staging height as per Arch drawings.

Preparation of complete Architectural Drawings for "Provn of SNCOs mess at AF Station Jaipur (to include site plans, roof plan, elevations of all sides, sections showing relevant details doors/windows/ventilators etc drgs including details, connected detailed working drgs to include detailed schematic diagrams of electric supply, plumbing details etc and schedule of finishes and any other details which form part of the bldg drgs. All as per authorisation. Note:- Sufficient hard copy (paper size not less than A-2) and soft copy in CD shall be submitted.

Preparation of complete Structural designs & drawings (to include footing/fdn, columns, plinth beams, roof/floor beams, lintel beams, roof/floor slabs, chajjas etc and all connected drgs/details which are part of structural drgs) including vetting of drgs by Govt Engineering College, for provn of SNCOs mess at AF Station Jaipur. Preparation of E/M fitting drgs shall be done by consultant based on details finalized by accepting officer. Note:- Sufficient hard copy (paper size not less than A-2) and soft copy in CD shall be submitted.

Preparation and submission of detailed estimation of Bldg (BOQ) including market analysis and preparation of yardstick as per SSR in hard/dense soil (04 copies) Bldgs, Details:- (i) Ground Floor : 286 Sqm, (ii) First Floor : 228.50 Sqm (Total area 514.50 Sqm) at AF Station Jaipur.
