Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Minimum Service Charges shall not be less than 3.85% else such a bid shall be rejected and EMD shall be forfeited

If two or more numbers of the bidders are found to be L1 then, the highest Score in the Technical Evaluation will be considered as L1. If this also fulfilled by the bidders, then the bidder will be selected by Lottery method among the two or more by Committee.

Past Experience

Should have satisfactorily completed at least Security Guards 84.00 Nos and House Keeping staff 114.00 Nos deployed of Amount Rs. 470.43 Lakhs in any one of the last 3 financial years. i.e. 2023-24 2024-25 and 2025-26. (Relevant Experience certificate and Work Orders need to be enclosed)
