Conducting GAP Analysis on existing system and facilities to ascertain the infrastructure changes required calibration requirement documentation system design requirement any installation requirement of equipment’s, any other facility changes required and submission of inception report in this regard

Conduct training on site face to face to the core team and laboratory personnel imparting awareness on the requirements of standards of ISO/IEC 17025 – 2017 and NABL specific requirements documentation training implementation training at different levels, internal auditor training etc.

Prepation of quality manual, standard operating procedure manual work instruction manual, framing the formats to meet the requirements of ISO/IEC 17025-2017 standard etc.

Implementation of the laboratory quality management system

Calibration of all instruments in the laboratory as per requisite ISO citification NABL requirements

Training for estimation of uncertainty measurements of various parameters

Conducting of proficiency testing/ inter laboratory comparison as per NABL requirement and estimate the Z score of the Laboratory

Conducting of internal audit to check readiness for ISO – 17025 accreditation conducting of training for quality management system at different water testing labourites

Filling of submission of application from with all requirements for NABL accreditation

Responsibility for the implementation of any correct action for ensuring the compliance to the requirements of NABL as per ISO- 17025-2017

Conducting of the final audit and submission the report to NABL and obtaining of NABL accreditation of all the labs
