REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF SUMMER COOLING APPLIANCES AND OTHER CONNECTED WORKS AT MIL STN YOL

M & L for Repair maintenence, Servicing and overhauling of any nature of defect of various capacity split/window type AC including cleaning of Air filter checking of wiring and rectification of defective item including necessary dismantling, repairing and refixing at the site of removal, replacing spares as required. Note: The rate quoted for this item shall include cost of following : (i) Servicing/cleaning the entire unit with blower and cleaning with collin or equivalent agent. (ii) Testing and refixing complete all as directed. (iii) Thorough care / protection of PCB plate shall be kept to avoid any kind of damage while servicing/ cleaning . (iv) Sealing of unit with thermocol/ packing material where required shall be part of the job at no extra cost (v) Each service shall be measured and paid separately as each job. (vi) However, replacement of spare parts shall be measured and paid separately under respective Items of Schedule 'A'.)

Condensing unit and housing the unit of the split type AC complete all as specified and directed.

Refrigerant gas R-22 suitable for environment friendly charging line on sealed unit of compressor of AC 1.5/2.0 ton including crimping and resoldering to charging line, complete all as specified and directed.

Refrigerant gas R-32 suitable for environment friendly charging line on sealed unit of compressor of AC 1.5/2.0 ton including crimping and resoldering to charging line, complete all as specified and directed.

Removompressor unit from the window/split type room AC 1.5 ton and supply and fixing new hermetically sealed compressor unit, suitable to operate in AC single phase 50 Hz, 230 Volts suitable for window/split type AC 1.5 ton and all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item no 7 but for AC of capacity 2.0 Ton

Removing the unserviceable compressor unit from the water cooler of any capacity and supply and fix new compressor unit, suitable to operate in AC single phase 50 Hz, 230 Volts all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in repair PCB for 1.5 to 2.0 ton capacity AC complete all as specified and directed.
