Periodical Maintenance of RD road to Khasapada Road Pot hole repair with PMC and Sealcoat from 0/00km to 5/810km for the year 2025-26

Clearing and grubbing the road land including uprooting Rank vegetation grass bushes shrubs etc complete.

Providing & laying good quality of moorum in sub-base in layers not exceding 100 mm watering and compacting to required density in O.M.C with PRR including hire and running charges of PRR etc complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheeled steel roller8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and chamber,applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate,watering and compacting to the required density as per clause 404 of MoSRT&H specificarions for Road & Bridge works(4th Revision) (WBM Gr-III)

Providing & applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per clause 502 of MOSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridges work (4th Revision)

Providing & applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous / granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per clause 503 of MOSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridges work (4th Revision).

Providin & laying Semi Dense Bituminous Concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensore control to the required grade, level & alingment, roling with smooth wheeled,vibratory & tandem rollers to achieve the desire compaction as per clause 508 of MoSRT&H Specifications for road and bridge works
