Maintenacne and operation of electric supply installation at ATC Sub Station under GE (AF) Thanjavur to ensure power supply to various installations and buildings by employing one electrician per shift for three shifts inculding Sunday and holidays all as specified and as directed.

Maintenacne and operation of electric supply installation at In-living area (In-living area Sub Station & Hanger Sub Station) under GE (AF) Thanjavur to ensure power supply to various installations and buildings by employing one electrician per shift for three shifts inculding Sunday and holidays all as specified and as directed.

Maintenacne and operation of electric supply installation at Domestic area under GE (AF) Thanjavur to ensure power supply to various installations and buildings by employing one electrician per shift for three shifts inculding Sunday and holidays all as specified and as directed. Note: For Srl Item No 1 to 4 : (i) In case of blow up of HT/LT fuse in installation, electric supply will be restored immediately. But should not be taken more than 1 hour for any installations. (ii) In case of any difficulty to restore electric supply, matter will be immediately informed to concerned JE (E/M) / AGE (E/M).

Maintenance and operation of the DG sets under GE (AF) Thanjavur as detailed under by employing one FGM per shift for three shift including Sunday and holidays (a) DG set 7.5 KVA - 01 No at OP Complex (b) DG set 30 KVA Trolly mounted - 01 No at OP Complex (c) DG set 30 KVA - 01 No. at Satcom (d) DG set 30 KVA - 02 Nos (Street light at ATC & In living pump house) (e) DG set 15 KVA - 01 No (Street light at MRS) (f) DG set 45 KVA - 01 No (SMC)

Cleaning / cutting of grass in and around electrical installation stations / bldgs as per BOQ Sl No. 01 to 05 here-in-above complete all as specified and as directed:- NOTE- (i) Cleaning shall be carried out on daily basis and grass cutting minimum once in a month compulsory as directed by the Engineer-in-charge /JE E/M. (ii) Cleaning/cutting of grass to be carried out in the location of installations /Stations as listed in BOQ Sl No 01 to 05. Hence, the Bidder shall visit the site before quoting the tender. (iii) Grass cutting shall be carried out inside of perimeter fencing of above mentioned installations /Stations and 3 m form the edge of fencing all-round.

Supply only the following Tools as required basis for manning personnel for operation of installations for the entire contract period complete all as specified and as directed:- (i) Two sets of additional tools as mentioned below shall be centrally kept in safe custody of MRS power house for attending major complaints. (a) Digital clamp meter - 02 Nos (b) Digital earth tester duly calibrated - 02 Nos. (c) HT megger - 02 Nos. (d) LT megger - 02 Nos. (e) Hydraulic Crimping tool all size - 02 Nos. (f) Industrial safety helmet - 02 Nos. (g) Line tester - 02 Nos. (h) Cutting plier - 02 Nos. (j) Insulated screw driver sets - 02 Sets. (k) Allen key sets - 02 Sets. (l) Double ended spanner sets - 02 Sets. (m) Ring spanner sets - 02 Sets. (n) Box spanner sets - 02 Sets. (o) HT gum boot - 02 Sets. (p) HT hand gloves - 02 Sets. (q) Rotary fuel pump along with 30 mtr hose pipe - 02 Sets.

(r) Alluminium ladder 20 feet - 02 Nos. (s) Alluminium ladder foldable type - 02 Nos. (t) Alluminium ladder foldable type 6 feet - 02 Nos. (u) Rain coat - 06 Nos. (ii) In addition to the above the following miscellaneous tools also required to be supplied by the bidder to all the individuals employed in manning:- (a) Cutting pliers (b) Nose pliers (c) Wire stripper (d) Screw driver sets (e) Line Tester (f) Test Lamp (g) Digital clamp meter (h) HT Gum Boot (j) HT Hand Gloves (k) Industrial safety helmet (l) Tool Bag (m) Rain Coat /Umbrella to each individuals.

Note: For Srl Item No 1 to 5: (a) Shift timing are as under:- (i) Ist Shift - 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs (ii) IInd Shift -1400 hrs to 2200 hrs (iii) IIIrd Shift - 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs (b) The rate quoted by the contrator shall deemed to minimum wages as per Tamil Nadu State/Central Govt Labour & Employment in at B area in construction or maintenance employment included all statutary as applicable such as all taxes as applicable including GST, EPF, ESIC, Bonus and anticipated effect due to increase in wages during the contract period etc. (b) In case the rates quoted by tenderers are less than the rate mentioned as per the latest minimum wages act issued by Tamil Nadu State/GOI, his tender will be treated as non bonafied and will not be considered for Acceptance. In such case the lowest tenderer shall be determined amongst valid/bonafied bids only. (c) The rate quoted by the contractor shall appoint the Supervisor for supervise all manning personnel and getting orders from concerned JE E/M and Engineer-in-Charge. He should meet daily concerned JE E/M an maintain all documents such as log sheets, PF register, Attendance register, duty roster and convey the orders received by concerned JE E/M and Engineer-in-Charge.

Note: For Srl Item No 1 to 5: (Contd....) (d) In case of blow up of HT/LT fuze in installation, elect supply will be restored immediately. But should not be taken more than 1 hrs for any installations and the rate quoted by the contractor should provide all types of tinned copper fuze wires well in advance. (e) In case of any difficulty to restore electric supply, matter will be immediately informed to concerned JE E/M or Engineer-in-Charge. (f) The rate quoted by the contractor should included the rate for accidental insurance for the currency of contract covers not less than 10 lakhs and necessary insurance bonds should be handed over to GE(AF) Thanjavur with in one week after acceptance of tender.

(g) The rate quoted by the contractor shall include the rate for providing distilled water for topping up batteries and diluted H2SO4 for required basis for maintaining batteries. (h) The manning personnel also responsible for maintaining of LT cables, OH lines, LT panels street lights on steel tubular poles or PCC poles and no complaints at Married and OTM accommodations etc. (j) The rate quoted by the contractor shall include the rate for providing reliever for every personnel once in a week. (k)The timing of shift should be 1st shift 0600hrs to 1400hrs, 2nd shift 1400hrs to 2200hrs and 3rd shift 2200hrs to 0600hrs. (l)The contractor should submit the statement of monthly payment in the form of Bank statement made to manning personnel before claiming the RAR (Both for the contractor and the manning personnel).
