General ,R batch Division - Hydrogen Gas Cylinders Loading and Unloading, Transportation of Hydrogen Gas Cylinders from Stores to Unit Gas Rooms of Unit 3and 4 of Stage-II/YTPS, Scheduled Greasing of All HT and LT Motors pertaining to Electrical Division, ID, FD, PA, MILLS, Coal Feeders, Air Pre Heaters, ESPs, etc of Boiler Division, Vacuum Pumps, CW, DMCW Pumps etc of Turbine Division of Stage-II/YTPS and topping up of Oils to ID Fans, FD Fans, PA Fans, Mills, MOT, CW n ACW Pumps, BFPs, DG sets etc. along with providing of 1No. tractor on hire basis for the period from 01.04.2026 or from the date of commencement of work to 31.03.2027

RequiredThe Bidder shall pay the EMD for an amount of Rs. 22,496/-Incase of exemption submission of valid document as applicable like NSIC/PEMD/MSME/SC/ST/Societies or individual firms.

RequiredThe Bidder shall have valid EPF, ESI/GI, and GST registration and shall enclose the documentary evidence. Registration under process shall not be acceptable.

RequiredThe bidder shall possess a valid Contractor/Firm Registration Certificate issued by the State/Central Government or State/Central PSU, valid as on the date of bid submission and shall enclose the documentary Evidence. The bidder?s registered monetary limit/class shall be equal to or higher than the Estimated Contract Value (ECV). Registration under process shall not be acceptable

RequiredThe contractor should have minimum 3 months of experience in similar nature of work for Greasing and Topping up of Oils. The contractor shall submit copies of any of the following documents, specifically pertaining to the greasing of HT and LT motors, as documentary evidence in support of the above: work orders/purchase orders or performance/satisfactory certificates, or work completion certif

RequiredThe Contractor should have to maintained all current and relevant documents as per MotorVehicleAct (like fitness, RC,Permit,Pollution control, Insurance and a valid transport driving license) and upload the documents.

RequiredThe Bidder should posses valid labour license/labour registration issued by Government of Telangana or any State Government of India, and shall enclose the documentary evidence. Registration under process shall not be acceptable.

RequiredThe Bidder shall upload signed bidding document duly filling all the details/particulars including Annexure I (GST) & Annexure II (Undertaking) in the format given in tender document.

RequiredThe Ownership of the tractor should be in the name of the Contractor/Firm only. Vehicles taken on lease by the bidder under a valid and legally enforceable lease agreement shall also be eligible, subject to submission of an attested copy of the said lease agreement. (RC & other should be uploaded).In case new vehicle is booked, the tenderer may participate with temporary registration certificate
