Preparation of Detailed Project Report for the Supply, Installation, Trial Run and Commissioning of Pipe Supplied Gas (PNG) Cremation Furnace and other allied works for the development of Bittagowdanahalli grave Yard in Hassan CMC Limits

The Consultancy Firm/Company should have successfully completed minimum of 2 DPR Works as Prime consultant in similar nature of crematorium Works in Past 3 years in Karnataka state only. In support of this, the Consultant shall furnish Certificates duly certified by the Competent Authority of Rank not below the Executive Engineer

Achieved at least a minimum annual Financial Turnover (in all classes of Civil Engineering Consultation Works only) of Rs. 50.00 Lakhs in any one financial Year from the last three Financial Years (i.e.,2023-2026). In support of this, the Consultant shall furnish the Audited Balance Sheets along with the Technical Proposal

The Consultancy Firm/Company should have Past Experience & Exposure in Preparation of DPRs in Past 3 years in Karnataka state only. In support of this, the Consultant shall furnish Certificates duly certified by the Competent Authority of Rank not below the Executive Engineer.

Consultants must have Key professional required (as detailed in Terms of Reference) having experience in construction supervision of works to be deployed exclusively for this consultancy contract. The employer or competent authority shall furnish the CVs of the personnel and the availability of the personnel for the project till completion of the assignment

The consultants are advised to visit the sites and study the site conditions and the same should be certified by the concerned engineer in charge of the work before submission of their Proposal, or else the proposals will not be considered for evaluation

Consultants Must Have A valid ISO certificate as consultancy services provider as per ISO 9001:2015.

Consultant should have Established Office locally and should be running office from past 3 years. Proof of certificate should be submitted

Joint Tenders are not allowed. The offer of the Consultant, who does not qualify for the above pre-qualification norms, will not be considered for further evaluation
