Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm, of approved brand and manufacturer over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surafce even and smooth complete

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface.

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade, one or more coats on old work.

Engagement of labour for cleaning of different surfaces i.e footing, wall tiles (to be paid actual)
