Dismantling laid dry or laid dry and pointed Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc.

M&L 18-20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including cement screed base 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:3

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)

M&L PCC ( 1:4:8) D-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate in fdn.,filling and mass concrete

M & L for PCC ( 1:2:4) type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate in cement concrete in surface channels and drains

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement complete all as specified and directed. concrete, using ex- tra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 100mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B2 using (40mm grade agg) as in path, road, hardstanding, etc

M & L Forming 12mm expansion joint and filled with performed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed & sealed with sealing compound grade 'A' in concrete of thickness 100mm

M & L Forming contraction (Dummy) joints 65 mm deep X 10 mm wide filled with sealing compound Gde A.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as directed.

M & L 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 under floor tiles, all as specified and directed

M&L for Heavy duty tiles exterior grade 300 x 300 x 10mm, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match, all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc.

M&L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base to flooring, complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete.

Demolition brick work or stone/ boulder masonery built in cement mortar including all quoins , pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks PCC Type C1 (1:3:6) (using 20mm graded aggregate) exc 10cm in width and setting in CM 1:6

M&L for raised pointing to block in course or ashlar masonry or concrete block walling in Cement mortar1:4 as specified by Engr-in-Charge and as directed

M&L Brick work using sub class ‘B’ old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:6)

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.& removing rubbish to a disance not exc 250m

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick readymade plaster on inner/outer walls, ceiling with READIPLAST by adding 17-19% of potable water by weight of material with dubbing coat of 10mm thickness. For thickness above 15mm, it is recommended to be applied in multiple layers. Ready mix plaster shall complies with IS 1661-1972, IS 2250-1965, IS 2402-1963 and confirms the Compressive strength @ 28 days- 10-12 Mpa/Bulk density-1500-1600 kg/cum. Note : The rate quoted by the contractor shall include cleaning of surface, application as per instruction and scaffolding upto 10 mtr height.

M&L Preparation of previously untreated or newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coat of weather proof paint over and including a coat of wall primer (Alkali resistant) including filling up of holes by wall care putty wherever required, all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

M&L Preparation of old existing wall surfaces including cornices, plastered or un-plastered surfaces by brooming down or steel wire brushing, moss efflorescent salt and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of weather proof paint over including filling up of holes by wall care putty wherever required, all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion in concrete and making good disturbed ground

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire, complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing, any size or type complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. NOTE :- Fixing included under item No. 26 above.

S & F in repair, Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured)

S & F Hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified.

S&F in repair, mild steel screw bolts, 5 to 10mm dia, machine made, with hexagonal of square headset one end and screwed the other, each screwed end to be fitted with washer, length of bolt exc 5cm but not exc 10cm long.

M&L Preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer.

M & L Mild steel Round bars Fe-410-W (Gde- E-250) quality-A or Fe 290 (Gde -E-165) of 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified.
