11 Dismentalling, Erection, all necessary testing (Type test (pre & post overhauling) charges including service tax etc. to be conducted on only one transformer. a) IR/DI/PI Pre & Post work both b) BDV/DGA/Furan/ pre-filteration/ post filteration both. c) All Electrical Test e.g. short circuit, open circuit, magnetic balance, stability, WRM, TAN delta test etc as applicable. Any othe test as required on-site job as per direction of E/I, including testing of transformer Main and back up relay testing) and final charging of 150 MVA, 220/132 KV Auto Transformer, including radiators inspection chamber pocket, OLTC chamber, all conservator tank, air seal, HV & LV Bushing, MOG, Breather, Cooling Fan, transformer protection relay & Valves, Local Control Panel, all complete job with supply of all T&P items viz. dryer plant, evacuation plant, oil filteration plant crane etc. and cost against necessary consultation charges payable to Kanohar, inner cleaning, washing of core, winding body etc. complete job as per direction of Engineering In Charge. 14 Painting of Transformer body and accessories

15 Constructions of chemical earthing with GI chemical electrode and suitable earth enhancing compound for both transformer. The chemical earthing shall be non-corrosive highly galvanised pipe with 3 meter length. The electrode shall be filled with higly conductive & non corrosive mixture so that inner strip and pipe should never corrode and provide lowest possible resistance. The minimum diameter of outer pipe shall be 40mm. The quantity of earth enhancing compound required per earth electrode shall be 50Kg for each electrode. Nos. 5
