INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL PAINTING SERVICES TO BOUNDARY WALL AND BUILDINGS UNDER GE (AF) JAMNAGAR NO 1 AT AF STN JAMNAGAR

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces and applying one coat of white wash on walls including cornices al as specified and directed. (Note : preparatinon of surfaces shall include brooming down or steel wire brushng, scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescenet salts and trading oil and greasy spots.)

All as per item No 1 but on ceiling

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on old surface of walls by scrapping down, rubbing down and stopping of painted surface, smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots of wealls by hand held sander / long handle sander including cornices, pilasters etc (Plastered and unplastered surfaces) and cleaning with water and applying one coat of primer and two coat of oil bound distemper on wall sufaces complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 3 but on ceiling

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on walls over one coat of primer and applying two coats of plastic emulsion paint, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Complete removal of existing treatment on old surface of walls and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm in camouflage pattern over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note : The paint is to be applied in camouflage pattern).

M&L for preparation of old decorateed wall surfaces, plastered or unplastered and applying one coat of acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives as per manofacturers instructions, as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note: The paint is to be applied in camouflage pattern.)

M&L for preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment from old painted surface of steel of any description over 10cm width / girth including brooming down/steel wire burshing, scrapping down smoke soot and removing dust/dirt/oil/grease etc and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxideprimer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for preparation of old treated/decorated wall/painted surface of stones, concrete, asbestos cement or plastered of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enalmel paint, complete all as specified and directed.
