M&L for Repairs & overhauling to LT ACBs of capacity (400 A to 800 A) of any make by removing out the breaker from the respective panels after taking proper electric shut down & disconnecting the breaker, checking it thoroughly for the defects & tripping system of the ACB and rectifying them, lubrication of moving contacts, overhauling of the ACB, replacement of wornout minor spares like springs, washers, levers, nuts & bolts etc reassembling , re-installation ,testing & commissioning of ACB complete and replacement of unserviceable parts all as directed. Note :(i) Cost of lubricants, cleaning agents, testing tools and minor spares shall be deemed to be including in quoted rates

Supply only in replacement of Moving Arcing contacts and adjust the contact pressure of LT ACB of any make capacity (400 A to 800 A) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only in replacement of fixed Arcing contact and adjust the contact pressure of LT ACB of any make capacity (400 A to 800 A) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only in replacement of main shaft assembly with crank & cam spacer of existing capacity (630/800 Amp) LT ACB of existing make & model and testing for proper operation complete all as directed.

Supply only in replacement of Trip coil of LT ACB of capacity (400 A to 800 A) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for grouting of LT/APFC Panel by using angle iron frame of size 50mm x 50mm x 6mm, PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 with 20mm graded stone aggregate.including shifting of existing LT/APFC panel with disconeection of existing cables and reconnecting it after grouting of panel complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Repairs & overhauling to LT APFC Panel of capacity 30 KVAr to 200 KVAr of any make by checking all the parts & accessories of respective panels & after taking proper electric shut down & disconnecting the APFC Panel from mains, checking it thoroughly for the defects & tripping system and serviceability of all MPP capacitors 6/8/10 stage relay settings of the APFC panels and rectifing them, replacement of U/s capacitors ,wornout minor spares like springs, washers, levers, nuts & bolts etc reassembling , re-installation ,testing & commissioning of APFC apnels complete and replacement of unserviceable parts all as directed. Note :(i) Cost of capacitors , Relay , MCBs,contactors,will be measured & paid separatley under relevant items. (ii) Cost of lubricants, cleaning agents, testing tools and minor spares shall be deemed to be including in quoted rates.

S & F in replacement MCB Tripple pole of capacity 20 Amp for suitable for existing APFC Panel contactor/capacitor complete all as specified and directed. Note : Necessary addition /altration required to adjust MCB in the panel shall be done by the contractor and no extra payment will be made to the contractor.

S & F in replacement APFC Panel Relay micro processor based of 6/8/10 stage suitable for switching of APFC Panel contactor/capacitor complete all as specified and directed. Note : Necessary addition /alteration required to adjust MCB in the panel shall be done by the contractor and no extra payment will be made to the contractor.

M&L in replacement for fabrication of door/surfaces of LT panel indoor/outdoor as per existing size / thickness/shape and fitted in the panel with door handle, formed gasket around doors, lock insets, earthing strips, door stay, hinges,rivets etc. including two coat of synthetic enamel paint by spray painting on inside/outside surface of panel,all as specified and directed

M& L for ,servicing and complete overhauling of servo stablizer of capacity 160 KVA to 200 KVA including disassembling of operating mechanism parts, well cleaning with petrol & CRC-226 and replacing wornout parts reassembling of parts including disconnection,connection, well cleaning the complete stablizer, oil tank, connection plate,de-carbonizing all joints, metal parts and making servo stablizer operating in manual and electric mode including all routine testing ,calibration and replacement of unserviceable parts complete all as spd and directed. Supply and erection (in truly vertical position) in replacement of LT Steel tubular swaged pole complete with cast iron base plate finial taper plug, bolt , nut and screwed type 410 SP 31 09 mtrs long Class -10 including painting of poles with two coats of synthetic enamel paint in red and white strips upto 1.5 mtr height from coping over a coat of red oxide primer including numbering of poles all as directed. Note : PCC, Earth work and MS work as cross arms clamps etc will be measured and paid separately.
