DECK COATING AND COVERING REPAIR WORK • Check the condition of coat deck covering for scratch marks, crack, and colour deterioration/fading on deck flooring at wet and dry compartments. • Surface to be prepared, renewal/ repairing of top coat of deck covering to be carried out. • Area for dry compartments - 66 Sqmtr. • Area for wet compartments-47 Sqmtr. • Payment will be based on actual Quantity. • All in way jobs is under vendor scope. • Material supply is under vendor scope. • Vendor should be approved by NCD 3717 - ISSUE-4 - OCT 2017. General Notes: i. The work shall be executed on turnkey basis. ii. The work shall be carried out at CSL/CG JETTY/ISRF depending on availability of vessel. iii. All the works shall be completed as per CSL timelines. (Within30 days from placing Purchase order) iv. The detailed work/ Inspection report to be submitted. v. All necessary tools and tackles under the scope of vendor. All tools shall be tested &calibrated. vi. The firm should secure/ cover the degutted components/spares properly to avoid physical damages. vii. Fabrication of special tools and accessories if necessary will be under vendor scope. viii. Vendor/ workmen shall strictly abide with CSL safety rules/policies and other statutory regulations. ix. All in way jobs included. x. The signed service reports from the ship staff were submitted after the successful completion of the assigned job.
