Excavation in trenches not exc 1.50 metre wide and not exc 1.50 metre deep in soft/ loose soil for laying of pipe line and getting out complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning filling in, including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge..

Removal of excavated soil surplus to the requirement to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point.

M & L for making Header of pipe of 350 mm/300mm dia and thickness min 6 to 8 mm of appropiate length min 6 to 8 metres for CW line pump sets at SYL phase 2 , connecting delivery line to header with suitable NRV and sluive valves and one direct water supply pipeline connected to header with any no of outlets depending upon the requirement as per site and each provided with sluice valves of required size at inlet at as well as oulet pipelines with all complete asessories including welding/cutting of pipes and flanges etc to its connected items , sluice valves, PCC foundation of suitable size for giving support to header , complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for making Header of pipe of 350 mm/300mm dia and thickness min 6 to 8 mm of appropiate length min 6 to 8 metres for Panipat line pump sets at SYL phase 2 , connecting delivery line to header with suitable NRV and sluive valves and one direct water supply pipeline connected to header with any no of outlets depending upon the requirement as per site and each provided with sluice valves of required size at inlet at as well as oulet pipelines with all complete asessories including welding/cutting of pipes and flanges etc to its connected items , sluice valves, PCC foundation of suitable size for giving support to header complete all as specified and directed. Note for Srl item 5 & 6 :- (i) Fittings such as , sluice valves etc required for making the header shall be paid seperately.(ii) Quoted rates include rate for necessary earthwork required for header and nothing extra will be paid .(iii) It is a complusory item and if not executed by contractor recovery of Rs 5000 shall be made.

M & L PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for foundation of chloronomes plant /Header/LT Panels etc complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix in ductile iron fittings for spigot and socket /flanged pipe such as bends (any type radius and angle) tapers any type ( straight, bends, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc) Tee pieces single branch, 'Y' junction, double branch , cross collers , caps and plugs upto 350 mm bore complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fix in replacement cast iron sluice valve PN-1.6 with flanged ends 350 mm nominal bore ISI marked complete with gun metal or stainless steel spindle and cast iron cap including rubber /fiber boared gasket nuts, washers etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement cast iron sluice valve PN-1.6 with flanged ends 300 mm nominal bore ISI marked complete with gun metal or stainless steel spindle and cast iron cap including rubber /fiber boared gasket nuts, washers etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement cast iron sluice valve PN-1.6 with flanged ends 150 mm nominal bore ISI marked complete with gun metal or stainless steel spindle and cast iron cap including rubber /fiber boared gasket nuts, washers etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking up/down CI pipes with connection from trenches incl connected fittings/accessories complete of 350mm bore size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in trenches 3-layer PP-R Polypropylene random copolymer concealed pipes SDR 7.4 (PN16) UV stabilized and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all PP-R plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors of 50 mm bore with all fittings complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking up/down steel tubing GI /PPR/PVC pipelines/connection from trenches incl connected fittings/accessories complete of 50 mm bore complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in replacement gun metal globe or gate valve ISI marked with iron wheel screwed down high pressure screwed both ends for iron pipe of size 50mm bore complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dewatering the Filtration chamber of SYL Phase 2 ,by any means and removing the mud, silt, dirt etc and scrapping all arround the inner wall and bottom of the tank by scrubbing with steel wire brush, washing with clean water complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Butter Fly Valve lever operated conforming to IS 13095 of size upto 600 mm dia PN 1.6, connected with two end flanges suitable for connecting with GI Pipe medium grade, nut-bolts etc including taking down old unserviceable one complete with flanges nut - bolts etc all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillars, in any situation etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for preparing old painted steel surfaces/pipes of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of existing colour as per site required complete all as speciied and directed.

Demolition of Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed by Engr-IN-Charge,

Material and labour for vibratory compacted, precast cement concrete rubber moulded, interlocking designer paver blocks , confirming to IS-15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 grade, as in path, hard standing, etc. laid over and including 25mm compacted sand cushioning ,including 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-IN-Charge,

Dismantling of floor or wall tiling/ kota stone/ dholpur stone/checked tile /ceramic tile including cement mortar bedding and removing the rubbish outside the defence land complete all as specified and directed .

Supply & fixing in replacement heavy duty rubber moulded coloured chequered tiles with laquer polish for extra shine of 50 Sqm size 200 mm x 200 mm x 22-25 mm thick, ISI marked, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry over and including 20 mm thick (average thickness) cement screed (1:4) base complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair 5 Dholpur stone cladding gang saw cut with machine cut edges, uniform colour of each stone size exceeding 0.25 sqm area and not exceeding 0.5 sqm fixed with and including 10mm thick backing coat of plaster in cement motar 1:3 (one number SS clamps ) (grade -202) of flat 30mm X 2mm,150mm long made to shape in each slab, making V groove at top and bottom of stone and drilling hole for hold fastener, polishing, rubbing & including silicon treatment.

Supply and fixing in repair for machine cut kota stone slab 18-22 mm thick (of size not less than (55 cm x 55 cm) laid in floor, jointed & pointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match shade of the slab including cutting waste, rubbing and polishing (Granite finish) over and including cement screed bed 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) base , complete all as specified.

Cutting/removing of bushes/small trees/vegetation growth upto a distance of appx 50 mtr around the UG sump,OHT,Pump house not exc 30cms deep incl drains all around the plant incl rough surface leveling/cutting,filling upto 12" height/ depth all around the plant and burning at a distance of 50mtr (minimum) in the presence of Engr-in-charge including sprinkling the round up chemicals for drying/killing the bushes,shrubs etc.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion & making good disturbed ground embedded in Concrete, brick work, masonry, etc.for fixing of new fencing post complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m in any type of soil, getting out, returning, filling in & raming earth/ broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n. exc. 25cm, watering, & removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m & making good surface in soft/loose soil all as specified.

Material and Labour mild steel angle iron 60 x60x 6 , cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping columns, hooking ends and binding with welding for securing chain link fencing etc conforming to Fe-290.Gde-E-165, complete all as specified and directed

Material and Labour PCC in foundations, filling and mass-concrete type B2 (1:2:4) using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed .

Material and Labour MS FLAT 50 X 5MM for securing of chain link fencing and similar small articles etc confirming to IS-15911 all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing MS screw bolts 5 to 10mm dia (machine made) with hexagonal or square head at one end, screwed end to be fitted with washer and one hexagonal/square nuts and 5 to 10 CM long all as specified and directed.

Mild steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clip

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc.including provission of binding wire all as directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type all as specified and directed.(weight of chain link fencing shall be checked by Engr-in-Charge at site. Necessary endorsement shall be made in MB).

Cutting V groove 10 mm wide and 30mm deep in concrete floor and filled polyurethane joint sealant complete all as directed.

M&L for Mild steel, plain, black sheet of thickness upto 2 mm in wall cladding, steel gates/tank and sump covers and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; incl round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints whith rivetted or welded seams, incl bending or turning up, mitred angles etc and one coat of primer and one coat of paint after fixing as required all as specified and directed by EIC.

Dismanteling the UNSV sign board in installations . Supply and fixing retro reflector board of size 4'x3' with high quality retro reflector tape blue base high intensity prismatic sheeting (HIP) grade white retro tape cutting good quality with 3mm thick ACP sheet base including 40mm x 40mm square size MS pipe legs and all around the board appx 18 feet incl welding the MS flat plate of size 25mm x 3mm across the board appx 10 feet including grouting the sign board in PCC 1:2:4 complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge. Note: Details/description of printing words will be provided by department.

Supply and fixing in replacement high quality ACP sheet board at installations of size 5 feet x 3 feet minimum with router cutting letter blue base of sheets and white colour acrylic letter with complete fitting of minimim 3 Nos LED lights of 20W of 4 feet complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge. Note: Details/description of printing words will be provided by department.

Dismantling plain or corrugated mild steel sheeting any gauge, thickness, including Nanital or similar pattern roof covering, complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing pre-painted galvatume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated mild steel sheeting 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding and fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified.

Supplying and laying synthetic Rubber insulated mats 2 mm thick for voltage upto 3.3 kv for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety of sizes 2m x 1m

S & F Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently with welding, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) of Fe-410W(GdeE-250) quality B against worn out channel, angle iron etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing in replacement of existing size with pre-insulated multi standard copper conductor flat of size 10 sqmm, 3 core submersible cable and connected with suitable and required thimbles and nut bolts to panels.

Disconnecting all electrical connections from electric motor 05 HP installed at sec 'C' and decoupling from pump assembly and dismantling from foundation and transporting to local workshop approved by Accepting Officer for opening the motor taking out of burnt winding and thorough cleaning of the slotes, rewinding the complete motor with supper enamaled copper wire of same size and provn of supper quality insulating materials, warnishing, replacing the bearing sets and cooling fans if required and drying and taking back from wksp including laths and other any type of machine work such as rotor work, welding, metalling, machining and grinding for bearing sheet etc and mounting, connecting all electrical connections alongwith reassembling pump set and testing complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTE: Rewinding amount of motor will be paid to the contractor once only irrespective of how many number of times motor rewinded .

Taking down cement plaster of any description, thickness and in any position including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc , complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on surface of any description of brick or concrete and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Dismantlling & opening booster pump for repairing, making the same functional including installation & testing, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :(a) Spare parts required shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under the respective items (b) Make of spare parts shall be same as of booster pump.

Supply only shaft bush of booster pump suitable upto 5 HP

Supply only ball bearing suitable for pump upto 5 HP.

Supply only bronze impeller.

Supply only stainless steel shaft keys.

Supply and fix in replacement of DOL starter for motor pump set upto 5HP all as specified and directed by Engr- In- charge

Material and labour in repair of fountain at SYL including replacement of old unsv pipeline of existing size and nozzles at per existing site requirement and the pump of suitable capacity

Material & Labour earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick surrounded by charcoal and salt , buried directly in ground vertically to a pit of depth not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level , filled around with layer of char coal dust and salt and connected to GI earth strip 32 x 6 mm by means of bolt, nut and check nuts and washers of galvanzied iron or steel and other end of the earth strip, connected to test point/equipment/panel and protected by galvanized iron pipe light grade 50mm bore and watering pipe 20mm dia light grade with funnel and wire mesh, PCC 1:3:6 in chambers, RCC 1:2:4 in pit cover reinforced with 6mm dia deformed bars @ 15cm centre to centre both way including necessary excavation & earth work as directed complete all as shown in electric plate No. 5 of SSR Pt-I. PCC chambers shall be constructed at leasts 1.5 mtr away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering.Complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) The quoted rate shall include the cost of earthwork , GI pipe for watering, GI protection pipe , funnel wire mesh , RCC cover etc complete.RCC cover shall be 50mm thick in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 8mm bars @ 10 cm C/C both way. (ii) The quoted rate shall include the cost of the earthpit covers to be conspiciously marked of plate with stand grouted in PCC. (iii) On testing after completion if the desired earth resistence is more than 2 Ω , the earthing will be redone without any extra cost .

Note :- (i) Above item 73 rate incl all items required for supply, installing , testing and commissioning of LT panel such as any no of contactor of suitable capacity required in star delta starter, time relay, single phase preventor, single pole MCB required for safety , thimbles, end joining kit , cable of any size required to make necessary connections with LT panel etc complete all.The quoted rate shall include minor items such as lugs, nuts & bolts, washers, top insulators, sleeves, provision of extra holes in bus bar etc. (ii) All internal wiring shall be done with suitable size of PVC insulated solid copper conductor FRLS cable conforming to IS-694. (iii) Panel drawing shall be got approved before placing of order from Engr-in-Charge/GE. (iv) The bus connection for cable from main bus bar to outgoing MCCB will be connected through suitable rating bus bar strip type duly insulated. (v) Cable will be entered in panels through gland. (vi) Cost of marking description and matter on the front door as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge is incl in quoted rate.

Note:- Amount of credit of Rs 185260.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit attached in tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
