Note: 11. The quality, quantity and availability of rock shall be checked before affording credit.2. In case some rock is issued to the contractor at site , the item carriage shall be restricted / reduced to that extent.4.Being small quantity, manual loading will be economical in this case and has been provided accordingly.

Supply and placing of M 25 Design Mix Concrete corresponding to IS 456 using concrete mixer using of 20 mm HBG crushed metal 0.530 cu.m (707 kgs),. 10 mm HBG crushed metal, 0.362 cu.m (471 kgs) , sand 0.407 cu.m (616 kgs.) and cement 380 kgs with water cement ratio of 0.48 ( 182.40 ltrs/ cu.m of CC)etc., to site and including sales & other taxes on all materials including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing, vibrating, laying concrete, curing etc., complete with cement from standard suppliers approved by the department but including cost of centering, shuttering charges and excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work (APSS No. 402).

Note : The design mix shall be got designed by furnishing the information required as per clause 19.1.1 &19.1.2 of IS 456-2000 by the contractor at his own cost and get approved from the competent authority before execution. The cement considered for above M25 grade concrete is 380 kgs/cu.m and the rate is arrived accordingly in the estimate. After the mix is designed and approved, if there is any variation in the quantity of cement, over the cement content adopted in the estimate, the same will be considered and paid/recovered at estimate rate + T.P ( Either increase or decrease in quantity adopted in the estimate). Payment will not be made for variation in the quantity of other materials such as coarse & Fine aggregates.

Supply, fixing and Painting of Ms tubes & pipes of all diameters as per IS-1161 of various sizes including cost and conveyance etrc complete as directed during the execution of the work. Including Labour charges for fabricating all heavy steel works like Trusses, stanchions, Heavy Beams and Girders including cost of welding rods, power charges, etc., including cost of fixing in position. including painting the grills with two coats over a primary coat (total three coats) with synthetic enamel paint of approved make and colour etc., complete.

Conveyance of excavated surplus earth/debris to a distance 2 kms from the site of work at the place specified by the Engineer-in-Charge including loading and unloading etc., complete as directed during execution.

CUT STONE FLOORING 4" THICK : Supply and dressing with hard granite stone slabs for flooring from Mulbhagal quarry including cost and conveyance etc., complete with the following specifications. a) The size of the stone slab should not be less than 0.61mx 0.45m (2'-0"x1'-6"). b) The thickness of the stone slabs should not be less than 100mm ( 4") in all sides. c) The top of the slab should be dressed with the following dressings properly. d) All the sides of the slabs should be dressed with following dressing to a depth of 40mm (11/2") from top surface to suit proper alignment and jointing with side slabs. e) The slabs should be laid horizontally and jointed properly to alignment over sand bed (excluding cost of sand bed).cement mortar bed. f) The joint of the slab should not be more than 6mm (1/4" thick). g) The slabs should be jointed with C.M(1:3) and the mortar should not come over the slab for the above item the rate is including cost and conveyance of all materials to site of work including necessary labour charges, dressing, laying, jointing but excluding cost of sand for bed, the bed will be paid under relevant item. (Cement mortar of 0.005 Cum/ Sqm should be used for joints). -- with Three line dressing
